水杯注塑模具設(shè)計

摘要
本設(shè)計分析了水杯的模具工藝，根據(jù)塑件的結(jié)構(gòu)特點，進(jìn)行塑件的設(shè)計，模具的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，確定塑件成型工藝及設(shè)備，選擇設(shè)備型號及規(guī)格，并校核與模具有關(guān)的工藝參數(shù)，確定模具總體結(jié)構(gòu)方案。選擇合適的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架，確定模具成型零件的材料及加工方法。整個過程以SolidWorks，Pro-e軟件為平臺，并利用Pro-e的模具模塊生成型腔和型芯，然后生成裝配圖和零件圖，并最終生成所有工程圖。

Abstract
