前言
隨著社會(huì)生產(chǎn)和科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展與進(jìn)步,PLC技術(shù)正在不斷地深入到各個(gè)領(lǐng)域并迅速地向前推進(jìn),特別是近幾年來在機(jī)械加工領(lǐng)域引起了許多深刻的改革?!峨p面鉆孔組合機(jī)床在運(yùn)用》就是運(yùn)用了PLC技術(shù)與機(jī)床電氣的過程及注意事項(xiàng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了機(jī)電一體化的運(yùn)用,這便使雙面組合鉆床操作更加方便,大大提高了工作效率。
目前,在機(jī)械制造業(yè)中已不再是僅僅要求單機(jī)自動(dòng)化,而是要求實(shí)現(xiàn)一條生產(chǎn)線,一個(gè)車間、一個(gè)工廠甚至更大規(guī)模的全盤自動(dòng)化,這便體現(xiàn)PLC技術(shù)的重要性。在設(shè)計(jì)中,參考了機(jī)電一體化技術(shù)方面和PLC方面的教材和資料,在書后的參考文獻(xiàn)中列出,這些寶貴的資料對我完成畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)起到了重要的作用,在設(shè)計(jì)中有許多不妥之處,敬請老師提出寶貴指正.
摘要
數(shù)控鉆銑床是現(xiàn)代工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中不可缺少的部分,可以高速、精確的切削零件。本文就對鉆銑床的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)、電氣控制和數(shù)控三部分進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),基本可以滿足鉆銑床的運(yùn)行。本系統(tǒng)采用的數(shù)控裝置集成進(jìn)給軸接口、主軸接口、手持單元接口、內(nèi)嵌式PLC接口、遠(yuǎn)程I/O板接口于一體,支持硬盤、電子盤等程序存儲(chǔ)方式以及軟驅(qū)、DNC、以太網(wǎng)等程序交換功能,具有高性能、配置靈活、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、易于使用、可靠性高的特點(diǎn)。詳細(xì)給出了主/控制回路圖及一些元件的選擇。

Along with the social product and science's and technology's development and the progress, the PLC technology is penetrating unceasingly into each domain and prompts forward rapidly, specially in the last few years has caused many profound reforms in the machine-finishing domain. "Two-sided Drill hole Aggregate machine-tool in Utilization" has utilized the PLC technology and the engine bed electricity process and the matters needing attention, has realized the integration of machinery utilization, this then causes the two-sided combination drilling machine operation to be more convenient, raised the working efficiency greatly. At present, no longer requests the single plane automation merely in the machine-building industry, but is the request realizes a production line, a workshop, a factory even large-scale overall automate, this then manifests the PLC technology the importance. In the design, has referred to the integration of machinery technology aspect and PLC the aspect teaching material and the material, lists in the book reference, these precious material completed the graduation project vital role to me, had many deficiencies in the design, asked respectfully teacher to propose that pointed out mistakes preciously.
Abstract
CNC drilling machine of modern industrial production indispensable part of high-speed, precision cutting parts. This paper drilling machine to the mechanical structure, electrical control and NC three parts of the design, meet basic drilling machine operation. The system uses digital devices to integrate into axis interface, spindle interface with a modular interface, embedded PLC interface, Remote I/O plate interface integration for hard drives, disk and other electronic storage methods and procedures floppy drive, DNC. Ethernet procedures for the exchange of functional, with high-performance, flexible configuration, compact, easy-to-use, high reliability characteristics. Details of the principal / control circuit diagram and some elements of choice.
