論文摘要一
    燃氣熱水器最初起源于日本，它是指利用民用燃氣燃料供給熱水的設(shè)備。在國內(nèi),燃氣熱水器也以其即洗即用、方便快捷的優(yōu)點成為廣大居民解決洗浴和用熱水的好產(chǎn)品。 最初流行的是直排式燃氣熱水器，但使用該熱水器造成的中毒、缺氧窒息死亡事件此起彼伏。原因在于熱水器安裝于室內(nèi)，室內(nèi)燃燒將造成室內(nèi)空氣嚴重污染和極度缺氧等現(xiàn)象，最終導致傷亡事件的發(fā)生。為了減小傷亡，保證安全，生產(chǎn)廠家在直排式燃氣熱水器的基礎(chǔ)上增加了煙道，推出了煙道式燃氣熱水器，并同時增設(shè)了一系列的安全保證措施。如：特設(shè)20分鐘定時關(guān)機裝置、防干燒保護裝置、防止不完全燃燒熄火保護裝置等。繼煙道式燃氣熱水器之后，生產(chǎn)廠家又推出了強排式燃氣熱水器。所謂強排式熱水器，就是在煙道式燃氣熱水器內(nèi)增加了強制通風的風機和電機。.
   雖然以前的燃氣熱水器給廣大用戶帶來不少方便，但由于在技
術(shù)上還沒有完全成熟，其中也有很多不利的因素，因此還需要改進。通過國家有關(guān)政策的宏觀調(diào)控，在行業(yè)內(nèi)強制性淘汰了一些不利因素或推行新政，有利于燃氣熱水器行業(yè)的快速良性發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)集中化，如1999年強制性將直排燃氣熱水器淘汰出局，使產(chǎn)業(yè)得到快速升級。目前，深圳、上海等一些大城市已開始禁止煙道式燃氣熱水器的生產(chǎn)與銷售，燃氣熱水器的發(fā)展又將面臨新的機遇與挑戰(zhàn)。目前使用的大部分燃氣熱水器采用的是由手動燃氣閥門和進水閥門來控制燃氣熱水器的出水溫度。當冷水入口溫度、水流量等因素發(fā)生變化時，出水溫度也將發(fā)生變化，洗浴時水溫忽冷忽熱，不舒適甚至造成對人體的傷害；而部分采用電腦常規(guī)控制方式的燃氣熱水器，當冷水入口溫度、水流量等因素發(fā)生變化時，由于對水溫采用以輸出偏差為基礎(chǔ)的反饋控制方式，控制系統(tǒng)對變化的跟蹤性能差，不易得到良好的控制性能。隨著科學技術(shù)的發(fā)展，特別是隨著消費者對價格的敏感度的降低，熱水器的技術(shù)要求也越來越高，安全、舒適成為首選。因此，加強產(chǎn)品研發(fā)投入、增強產(chǎn)品科技含量已成為行業(yè)共識。而人采用直觀判斷來進行控制閥的操作，往往能得到良好的水溫控制效果，因此，很自然地想到運用智能控制，把人的直觀推斷知識反映到控制過程上來，以實現(xiàn)性能優(yōu)良的控制。 人工智能的出現(xiàn)彌補了傳統(tǒng)燃氣熱水器技術(shù)上的不足.燃氣熱水器當年之所以能夠獨步江湖的“秘笈”，便是即開即洗，無需等待的方便、快捷等優(yōu)點。雖然目前被電熱水器奪去盟主地位，但技術(shù)的升級、安全性能的提高、產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新以及多年的消費慣性為燃氣熱水器的主流回歸奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
