摘要 大學(xué)生科研項(xiàng)目管理工作的水平是體現(xiàn)學(xué)校改革和發(fā)展成功與否的一個(gè)十分重要的標(biāo)志對(duì)高校的發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用。大學(xué)生科研項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)已成為高校信息化建設(shè)的一個(gè)非常重要的組成部分。通過(guò)信息化的管理方法對(duì)日常大學(xué)生科研工作進(jìn)行管理,整合大學(xué)生科研工作流程,為管理員提供真實(shí)有效的依據(jù),是提升大學(xué)生科研管理水平的有效方法。所以構(gòu)建大學(xué)生科研項(xiàng)目管理信息化平臺(tái)是十分必要的。
本文設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)基于B/S的大學(xué)生科研項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng),采用面向?qū)ο蟮能浖_(kāi)發(fā)方法,以ASP.net作為主要開(kāi)發(fā)工具,C#為開(kāi)發(fā)語(yǔ)言,使用 SQL Server 2008作為后臺(tái)關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),并采用ADO.net做數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)編程模型,鏈接數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和操作數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。開(kāi)發(fā)本系統(tǒng)的步驟為系統(tǒng)分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)。在系統(tǒng)分析階段,首先進(jìn)行了可行性分析,然后采用用例圖和數(shù)據(jù)流圖對(duì)系統(tǒng)需實(shí)現(xiàn)的主要功能進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析,并提出目標(biāo)系統(tǒng)較為完整和具體的要求。在系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)階段,采用E-R圖描述了系統(tǒng)的概念數(shù)據(jù)模型,采用流程圖對(duì)系統(tǒng)的各功能模塊進(jìn)行詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),并給出本系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案。在系統(tǒng)具體實(shí)現(xiàn)階段,給出了實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的邏輯數(shù)據(jù)模型,描述了各個(gè)模塊的功能及具體實(shí)現(xiàn)的情況。
系統(tǒng)的主要功能包括登陸模塊、系統(tǒng)管理模塊、在研項(xiàng)目管理模塊。登錄模塊則由注冊(cè)、登陸、密碼找回組成,登陸權(quán)限分為大學(xué)生、教師、管理員三個(gè)權(quán)限;系統(tǒng)管理模塊是屬于后臺(tái)管理的模塊,操作員為管理員,負(fù)責(zé)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)信息的發(fā)布、審核、刪除。管理員發(fā)布課題、新聞、科研成果、通知,審核用戶(hù)的項(xiàng)目、個(gè)人信息,刪除失效的信息;在研項(xiàng)目管理模塊屬于大學(xué)生在研項(xiàng)目的管理,包括學(xué)生上傳項(xiàng)目資料、教師評(píng)審、管理員審核。
本系統(tǒng)能夠很好地運(yùn)行并實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生科研項(xiàng)目管理工作,基本達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)大學(xué)生科研信息的集中管理、檢索迅速,可靠性高、存儲(chǔ)量大、保密性好、準(zhǔn)確度高,不僅讓管理員的管理工作變得簡(jiǎn)單快捷,還可以使學(xué)生與教師能夠更好地完成課題相關(guān)工作和科研信息的完善。

Design and Implementation of University Student Research Management System
Abstract The level of the college students' scientific research project management is an important symbol of the success of school reform and development and plays a vital role in the development of colleges and universities. College students' scientific research project management system has become an extremely important part of the information construction of colleges and universities. Through information management methods to manage daily college students' scientific research work process integration of college students' scientific research work process provide real and effective basis for the administrator is one of the effective methods to enhance the level of college students' scientific research management. So the construction of college students' scientific research project management information platform is very necessary.
This paper designs and realizes a based on B/S of college students' scientific research project management system using object-oriented software development methods with ASP.net as the main development tools for the development of c # language relational database using SQL Server 2008 as the background and using ADO.net to do database programming model link the database and database operation .The steps of this system development is the system analysis system design and system implementation. In the system analysis stage first has carried on the feasibility analysis then uses the use case diagram and data flow diagram of the main functions of the system to realize the detailed analysis and put forward the target system relatively complete and specific requirements. In system design phase the concept of using e-r diagram describes the system data model the flow chart to the detailed design of each function module of system and the overall design of this system is given. In system implementation stage system gives the realization of database logical data model describes the function of each module and the concrete implementation situation.
The main functions of the system include landing module system management module management module in the research project.
