China's postal savings bank limited liability company in March 6, 2007 was formally established in the reform of postal savings, is based on the management system of a commercial bank. China's postal savings bank inherits the original CSPB, China post group management of postal financial business and thus form the assets and liabilities, and will continue to do the former business scope and business license, the approval document approved the business.
1 需打造有特色的經(jīng)營管理體系
商業(yè)銀行的經(jīng)營管理是商業(yè)銀行的經(jīng)營者為達到經(jīng)營目標而對商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營要素進行整合、實現(xiàn)資源優(yōu)化配置的過程，涉及商業(yè)銀行的組織形式、業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新、風險控制、財務(wù)安排、營銷策略等各個方面。提高經(jīng)營管理水平、打造特色經(jīng)營管理體系是提高商業(yè)銀行競爭力、實現(xiàn)利潤最大化的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。對寧夏郵儲銀行來說，目前要抓緊做好以下三個方面的工作：
