摘 要
柴油機在不同的工況、不同的工作環(huán)境和壽命周期內(nèi),其模型參數(shù)會有較大變化,因此傳統(tǒng)PID方法用于柴油機電子調(diào)速控制有其不足之處。而模糊控制以人的經(jīng)驗為基礎(chǔ),運用模糊數(shù)學的方法進行控制計算,具有判決、推理、決策功能,它不苛求被控制對象具有精確的數(shù)學模型,對被控系統(tǒng)模型參數(shù)的變化有很強的適應(yīng)能力,并能克服非線性因素的影響,具有良好的魯棒性。因此,在柴油機電子調(diào)速系統(tǒng)中采用模糊控制技術(shù)具有其優(yōu)越性。
本文建立了柴油機轉(zhuǎn)速控制系統(tǒng)數(shù)學模型和執(zhí)行器模型,設(shè)計了應(yīng)用于柴油機調(diào)速的雙輸入單輸出系統(tǒng)模糊控制器。針對轉(zhuǎn)速偏差和擾動轉(zhuǎn)速對柴油機噴油泵齒條位移變化量進行控制,既提高了控制精度,又簡化了計算過程。最后借助有力的仿真工具MATLAB對柴油機轉(zhuǎn)速控制系統(tǒng)進行了仿真研究。仿真結(jié)果顯示,柴油機的轉(zhuǎn)速控制效果得到了顯著的提高,特別是在克服擾動方面效果明顯。
本文的研究是開發(fā)實用的控制器的前期工作,更重要的是設(shè)計了一套較為完整的模糊控制算法,可為后續(xù)的研究提供軟件技術(shù)和理論的指導。對深入認識和掌握柴油機轉(zhuǎn)速控制器的設(shè)計步驟、進行控制器參數(shù)的優(yōu)化、縮短電子調(diào)速起開發(fā)周期起到推進作用,也必然對柴油機電控技術(shù)的發(fā)展起到積極的作用。

Study on Fuzzy Control Algorithm
for the Double Cylinder Diesel Engine Electronic Speed Governor
ABSTRACT
Diesel engine will be great changes in different conditions or the working environment, and different life cycle to model parameters, so the traditional PID control method for diesel electronic speed has its disadvantages. Fuzzy control based on the human experience, use the fuzzy mathematics method for calculating the calculation, it has the decision, reasoning, decision-making functions, it dose not demand control object to have a accurate mathematical model of control system, the change of model parameters have strong adaptability and can overcome the non-linear factors, which has good robustness. Therefore, diesel electronic speed regulation system of fuzzy control has its advantageous.
This article builds the mathematical models of controller and speed control system to diesel engine,describing the dynamic characteristics of the running process of electronic speed governor of the diesel engine. Proposing the designing principles and methods of a fuzzy controller, The fuzzy controller adopts the double input and one output system to control the change of the EC velocity and location of the diesel engine spout, not only improving the control precision, but also simplifying the calculating process. Finally, this article uses the advanced Matlab toolbox to design the simulating model and simulate timely. By analyzing the simulating results show the great improvement of the speed control performance,especially to overcome the disturbance.
Research made in this thesis is the primary step in developing the actual controller, but the key point is the design and the experience on a fuzzy mathematics method ,thus can support the future work with the theory and software.By doing this,we can understand and master the design steps and optimize the controller’s parameters conveniently,shorten the developing time,so it will absolutely has great positive effects on the diesel engine electronic control engineering.
