集裝箱船舶大型化對進出港操縱的影響

[摘要] 隨著航運技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展，越來越多的大型集裝箱船不斷投入營運，集裝箱船舶的大型化趨勢日益明顯。由于港口通航密度大、可航水域受限，大型集裝箱船進出港時經(jīng)常有事故發(fā)生。考察事故原因，絕大多數(shù)是由于對大型集裝箱船舶的操縱性能不了解造成。因此，對大型集裝箱船舶操縱性能的認識以及如何運用好其操縱特點，保證船舶進出港的安全已成為一個備受關(guān)注的課題。本文首先對集裝箱船大型化進行了介紹；其次用數(shù)據(jù)對比的方法總結(jié)了大型集裝箱船的船型特性；然后結(jié)合航道因素和某船實際數(shù)據(jù)進行進一步的分析，得出了該類型船舶的一般操縱性能，并據(jù)此提出了進出港的措施。最后本文還從進出港的角度探究了駕引人員應(yīng)該注意的事項。

The Impact of Large-Scale Container Ships for Arriving or Leaving a Port

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of shipping technology, more and more large-scale container ships are applied in service, and the trend is becoming apparently increased. For the intensive density of shipping density and the restriction of waters available for navigation, accidents frequently occur when large container ships enter and leave harbors. The main cause leading to these accidents is the lack of understanding for the maneuverability of large container ships. Therefore, a deep understanding of large container ships’ maneuverability, as well as how to make a good use of its characteristics has become a more concerned topic on ensuring the safety to arrive or leave a port. In the article, an introduction of large-scale container ships comes firstly; secondly gives a conclusion of large-scale container ships’ characteristics by the method of data comparison, and then attain the general maneuverability of large-scale container ships by having a further analysis combined with channels and actual datas of the type of ships.  Meanwhile it puts forward some measures. Last but not least, it has a research for the attentions offices and pilots who should pay attention to the matters of arriving and leaving a port.
