本設(shè)計主要介紹了合成氨工藝的國內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,從中選擇了中壓法合成氨。并進(jìn)行了合成氨車間的物料衡算、熱量衡算、主要設(shè)備(合成塔)的選型計算及主要輔助設(shè)備的選型計算、以及非工藝部分工程概算、技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析。根據(jù)中壓法合成氨繪制了合成車間帶控制點的工藝流程圖,合成塔設(shè)備圖,并根據(jù)哈爾濱的地理環(huán)境設(shè)計了合成氨車間布置圖。

Abstract
The design focuses on the development of synthetic ammonia process status at home and abroad, selected from ammonia in the pressure method. And had ammonia plant material balance, heat balance, major equipment (reactor) is the major auxiliary equipment sizing and selection of calculation, and non-technology part of the project budget, technical and economic analysis. Ammonia under pressure method in the synthesis of the workshop are drawn flow chart with control points, according to the geographical environment in Harbin ammonia plant layout design.
