摘要: 本設(shè)計是根據(jù)給定設(shè)計參數(shù)完成大流量單吸臥式離心泵的水力及結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,主要包括葉輪、壓水室的水力設(shè)計和水泵的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。確定出葉輪的幾何參數(shù),繪制并檢查葉輪軸面投影圖,采用方格網(wǎng)保角變換法來完成扭曲形葉片繪形。利用數(shù)字積分法,根據(jù)蝸殼內(nèi)速度矩的守恒,確定出蝸殼八個斷面參數(shù),并進行繪形。最后對水泵進行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,繪制了裝配圖和部分零件圖,并對泵軸進行強度校核計算。

Abstract:According to the design parameters at the given point, the horizontal centrifugal pump with large flow was designed, mainly including the hydraulic design of the impeller, volute casing and structural design of the pump. based on the resolution method of design of the pump, the geometric parameters of the impeller was obtained. Then the cross-section of impeller was projected and checked, the cylindrical blade was drawn by using methods of grid square conformal transformation. On the basis of constant velocity moment, the parameters of cross-section of volute were calculated by using digital integral method and also the spiral curves and diffuser of volute casing were drawn. Finally, the structure of the pump was designed and assembly drawing component graphics were drew. In addition, the strength of the pump shaft has been checked.
