摘 要
農(nóng)業(yè)作為人類歷史上發(fā)展最長的產(chǎn)業(yè)，歷來被認(rèn)為是安天下、穩(wěn)民心的戰(zhàn)略產(chǎn)業(yè)。我國是13多億人口的大國，農(nóng)業(yè)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展對我國具有十分重要的意義。溫家寶總理講：“家中有糧，心中不慌”。只有保證糧食基礎(chǔ)不動(dòng)搖，才能為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)健康、長足發(fā)展提供基礎(chǔ)支持；只有通過各種手段發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)，才能確保糧食生產(chǎn)。因此，不斷摸索我國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的途徑具十分分重要的意義。
本設(shè)計(jì)分為兩部分。第一部分主要介紹我國農(nóng)業(yè)的背景以及通過對比尋找我國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的不足、論述積極發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)的必要性。第二部分則是通過我國農(nóng)業(yè)歷史發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及教訓(xùn)中得出解決當(dāng)前我國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展瓶頸的具體措施。

Abstract
The agriculture takes in the human history to develop the longest industry, is always considered that is the peaceful world, the steady popular sentiment strategic industry. Our country is more than 13 hundred million population great nations, the agricultural steady progression has the very vital significance to our country. Premier Jiabao Wen says: “People have the grain,the heart will be calm”. Only the guarantee grain foundation does not vacillate, can for our country economical health, the considerable development provide the foundation support. Only then through each method develop agriculture, can guarantee the food production. Therefore, tried to find out unceasingly our country agricultural development the way has the very vital significance.
This design divides into two parts.The first part mainly introduced that our country agriculture the background as well as seeks for our country agricultural development through the contrast the insufficiency, the elaboration positive develop agriculture necessity. The second part is obtains the solution current our country agricultural development bottleneck's specific measures through in our country agriculture historical development experience as well as the lesson.
