摘 要
合理的薪酬制度可以說是一種重要的、最易使用的激勵方法,它是企業(yè)對員工的回報和答謝,以激勵員工對企業(yè)所付出的努力、時間、學(xué)識、技能、經(jīng)驗和創(chuàng)造,是企業(yè)對員工所做貢獻(xiàn)的承認(rèn)。通過員工薪酬的合理核算設(shè)計,可以調(diào)動員工工作的積極性,從而更好的發(fā)揮其創(chuàng)造力。同時,薪酬制度的合理與否,還會直接影響企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)成本,產(chǎn)品的市場占有率以及競爭。作為獨立經(jīng)營、自負(fù)盈虧的經(jīng)濟(jì)主體,企業(yè)必然在符合法律要求的前提下最大限度的謀取企業(yè)最佳利益成為企業(yè)財務(wù)管理中重要的內(nèi)容。由于一些客觀實際條件的制約,存在的不合理得薪酬制度,將嚴(yán)重制約企業(yè)的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。因此,設(shè)計一套合理的薪酬制度并對其進(jìn)行有效控制,對企業(yè)的經(jīng)營和發(fā)展都是十分有必要的。

ABSTRACT
The reasonable compensation system is a kind of important, most easily use incentive methods, it is enterprise employees to return and appreciation. To motivate employees to enterprise's efforts, time, knowledge, skills, experience and creation, is the enterprise to make contribution to the employees. Through the employee compensation, can arouse the enthusiasm of staff, thereby better play their creativity. The salary system, it will directly affect the enterprise production cost, product's market share and competition. As an independent business, financial self-sufficiency of the economic subject, the enterprise cannot meet the requirements of the law are under the premise of maximum for enterprises in the best interest of enterprise financial management becomes an important content. Due to some objective conditions of existence, the unreasonable to pay system, will severely restricts the long-term development of the enterprise. Therefore, to design a reasonable salary system and carries on the effective control of the enterprise management and development is very necessary.
