摘要
我國(guó)加入WTO后,國(guó)內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行,信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方面的改進(jìn)是國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行近年來(lái)最明顯的進(jìn)步之一,這些銀行先后采用了審貸分離、集體審議、分級(jí)授權(quán)等信貸管理制度,引進(jìn)了信用評(píng)級(jí)、貸款評(píng)估、客戶授信、貸款五級(jí)分類等信貸管理工具。信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn),目前我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平偏低,傳統(tǒng)的信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理缺乏主動(dòng)性的理念,信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理缺乏系統(tǒng)性,導(dǎo)致我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行信貸資產(chǎn)質(zhì)量普遍較差,嚴(yán)重影響了銀行的收益。
本論文主要從信用評(píng)級(jí)的角度來(lái)研究商業(yè)銀行的信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理。以中國(guó)xx銀行為例通過(guò)信用評(píng)級(jí)對(duì)信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理進(jìn)行研究。并做以下闡述:
1、商業(yè)銀行信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理目標(biāo)的定位。包括信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的基本目標(biāo)和最終目標(biāo)。
2、商業(yè)銀行對(duì)于不同行業(yè)企業(yè)的信貸政策。信用評(píng)級(jí)時(shí)無(wú)法考慮到行業(yè)整體發(fā)展對(duì)企業(yè)的影響。
3、商業(yè)銀行客戶關(guān)系管理方法。
4、商業(yè)銀行抵質(zhì)押品風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理。押品價(jià)值不是一成不變的,銀行對(duì)其定期進(jìn)行評(píng)估。
5、從授信、五級(jí)分類、信貸管理信息系統(tǒng)、對(duì)信貸人員的管理四個(gè)方面闡述信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制。
Abstract
After our countries join into WTO,the internal commercial banks,the improvement in credit risk management of the internal commercial banks is the most obvious advancement in recent years.The banks successively used some managing systems such as separation of the auditing and loan,collective consideration,graduation authorization and introduced into some credit managing tools which are credit rating,loan eva luation,customer credit,five levels of classifications for loan and so on. Credi risk is the predominant of all the risks commercial banks conftont in China. And at present, the level of credit risk management of commercial banks is relatively inferior.The laek of sense of initiative and systematic planning in traditional eredit risk management;Results in the low quality of the credit property of the commereial banks and the great decrease of the benefits of the banks.
The thesis mainly studies commercial bank credit risk management from a ridk rating perspective. Industrial and Commercial Bank of China as an example through the credit rating of credit risk management research. And do the following:
1.commercial banks credit risk management objectives of the position. Credit risk management, including the basic objectives and ultimate goal.
2.the commercial banks for enterprises in different sectors of the credit policy. When the credit rating industry as a whole can not take into account the impact of the development of enterprises.
3.commercial banks customer relationship management.
4.commercial banks pledge goods arrived in risk management. Value of charge is not static, periodic assessments of their banks.
5.from the credit, five-category loan classification, credit management information systems, management of credit on four aspects of credit risk control.
