摘要
隨著中國經(jīng)濟的不斷增長，中國已經(jīng)成為世界貿(mào)易大國之一。對外貿(mào)易作為國際貿(mào)易的一種也發(fā)揮著極其重要的作用。近年來，我國經(jīng)濟正在朝著多元化和外向型經(jīng)濟的方向發(fā)展，同時，俄羅斯已經(jīng)成為中國對外經(jīng)貿(mào)活動的重要合作伙伴之一。俄羅斯與中國的對外貿(mào)易也在朝著健康、快速的道路發(fā)展。中國與俄羅斯在市場、資源、技術、產(chǎn)品等方面都存在著很強的互補性。而且俄羅斯對中國的產(chǎn)品有很大的需求，所以中國發(fā)展對俄貿(mào)易有很大的潛力。近年來，xx商貿(mào)公司利用其自身優(yōu)勢積極參與對俄貿(mào)易，根據(jù)公司的實證資料顯示，公司對俄貿(mào)易額一直穩(wěn)步增長，但仍然存在一些問題。通過分析xx商貿(mào)有限公司目前的經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀和所處的地緣優(yōu)勢等，結合公司實證資料，主要從對俄出口存在的貿(mào)易壁壘、出口產(chǎn)品對俄市場占有率下降、對俄結算風險、缺乏對外貿(mào)易的高級人才幾個方面提出所存在的問題，以國際貿(mào)易理論為理論基礎，采用理論與實際相結合的方法，針對所存在的問題進行分析并提出相應的對策，以促進xx商貿(mào)有限公司對俄貿(mào)易健康與長期穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展。

Abstract
along with the Chinese economy's unceasing growth, China already became one of world trade great nations. The foreign trade takes the international trade one kind also to play the extremely vital role. In recent years, our country economy developed toward multiplex and export-orient economy's direction, simultaneously, Russia already became one of Chinese foreign economy and trade activity important partners. Russian and China's foreign trade also toward healthy, fast path development. China and Russia in aspects and so on market, resources, technology, product have the very strong complementtarity. Moreover both countries have the very big demand to China's product, therefore China develops to the Russian trade has the very big potential. In recent years, Ward the Pu business company used its own superiority to participation positively to Russia trade, demonstrated according to company's real diagnosis material, company to Russia volume of trade continuously growth with stability, but still had some problems. Through analyzes the geography superiority which Ward the Pu business Limited company present management present situation and locates and so on, the union company real diagnosis material, mainly from exports the existence to Russia the trade protectionism, the high level talent who, post-sale service several aspects to Russia settlement risk, lacks the foreign trade to propose exists the question, take the international trade theory as the rationale, uses method which the theory and actual unifies, in view of the question which exists carries on analyzes and proposed that the corresponding countermeasure, promotes Ward the Pu business Limited company to Russia trade health and the stable development.
