這是本人的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)，絕對(duì)由本人原創(chuàng)。本系統(tǒng)采用的技術(shù)架構(gòu)為struts2+spring3.0+jpa（hibernate）+extjs，系統(tǒng)前臺(tái)采用當(dāng)前流行的extjs技術(shù)，界面絢麗，用戶體驗(yàn)良好。

中文摘要：隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷增長和旅游業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展，酒店這個(gè)行業(yè)的競爭也日趨激烈。酒店要想在激烈的競爭脫穎而出，必須不斷完善自身的管理手段和方法，提高自身的服務(wù)水平。因此，酒店業(yè)務(wù)的計(jì)算機(jī)管理就成為了當(dāng)務(wù)之急。酒店管理系統(tǒng)的引入使酒店內(nèi)部能集中管理，集中控制，快速反應(yīng)酒店經(jīng)營狀況，大大提高了工作人員的工作效率，在給客戶帶來極大便利的同時(shí)也會(huì)提高酒店的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。此外，酒店管理系統(tǒng)中各種信息的提供能使酒店管理者動(dòng)態(tài)掌握酒店運(yùn)營狀況，還為酒店管理者提供了有力的決策支持。由此我們可以看出開發(fā)一套基于web的酒店管理系統(tǒng)尤為重要。
本課題研究的是基于B/S(Browser/Server)的web酒店管理系統(tǒng)。Java為開發(fā)語言，SQL Server 2005為數(shù)據(jù)庫來進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)。本系統(tǒng)的主要功能是幫助酒店實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化的，科學(xué)的，高效的管理方式。系統(tǒng)基本功能包括客房管理、員工管理、客戶信息管理、訂單管理、權(quán)限管理、WEBQQ、訂單管理等。本論文將主要闡述此次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)題目“基于web酒店管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)”的開發(fā)背景、開發(fā)的目的及意義、開發(fā)環(huán)境，且對(duì)系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)架進(jìn)行分析。本文將詳細(xì)介紹系統(tǒng)各個(gè)模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)原理及系統(tǒng)的需求分析、詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)、功能設(shè)計(jì)等，并通過圖例和文字加以詳細(xì)解釋說明。在系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃及概要設(shè)計(jì)中給出系統(tǒng)的總體規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)，在數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)中給出數(shù)據(jù)庫的總體設(shè)計(jì)及詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)，在系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)中具體介紹各功能模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)情況，并附有運(yùn)行界面圖。最后，本文將總結(jié)開發(fā)階段與測試階段遇到的問題與解決方法。

Abstract ：With China's continuous economic growth and rapid development of tourism, hotel industry, competition is intensifying. Hotel in order to stand out in the fierce competition, we must constantly improve their own management tools and methods to improve their service levels. Therefore, the computer hotel management business has become a priority. Introduction to hotel management system within the hotel to centralized management, centralized control, rapid response hotels operating conditions, greatly improving the efficiency of the staff, the tremendous convenience to customers while also improving the economic efficiency of the hotel. In addition, the hotel management information system to provide a variety of hotel managers can master the dynamic state of the hotel operations, hotel management also provides a powerful decision-making support. From this we can see the development of a web-based hotel management system is particularly important. The research is based on B / S (Browser / Server) of the web hotel management system.
