本文研制的高低濃度瓦斯傳感器可以對(duì)瓦斯?jié)舛冗M(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè),并可以對(duì)傳感器進(jìn)行自動(dòng)校零、非線性補(bǔ)償。在全量程的處理上,利用MJC4/2.0與MJC4/3.0兩種載體催化元件對(duì)瓦斯氣體進(jìn)行采樣。
在傳感器硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)方面,選用AT89C51單片機(jī)作為核心處理器,設(shè)計(jì)了加熱采樣電路、信號(hào)放大電路、電源模塊、A/D轉(zhuǎn)換電路、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)電路、紅外遙控電路、通信電路、信號(hào)輸出電路以及單片機(jī)系統(tǒng)等。
在軟件開(kāi)發(fā)方面,采用結(jié)構(gòu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法,并采用零點(diǎn)自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償程序,傳感器可以自動(dòng)調(diào)整零點(diǎn),提高了檢測(cè)準(zhǔn)確性。

ABSTRACT:Coal is the primary energy in our country,It occupy the strategic position of very importance in the national economy. there are many security problems in the process of coal production,the colliery accident occurrence frequently, and the colliery accident that caused by methane gas has already above 70%.So it has momentous significance in the coal mine safety production to detect and control the methane gas. Therefore, it plays a very important role in the coal mine safety production to design a coal mine methane gas monitoring system with high-reliability and high-stability.
A high -low concentration methane transducer is developed in this paper. The methane transducer can realize real-time detection, automatic zero adjustment and non-linearity compensation. In the full measuring range detection processing, the methane transducer adopts two kinds of carrier-catalysis elements to detection the concentration of the methane.
In the side of hardware, AT89C51 microcontroller is chosen as the core processor, and the power supply circuit, signal amplification circuits, A/D conversion circuit, heating-sampling circuit, infrared remote control circuit, communication circuit, signal output circuit and SCM system are designed.
In the side of software, Using a structured design methodology,and zero automatic compensation algorithm, the methane transducer can adjust the zero point that improve the accuracy
