摘要
液壓技術(shù)已廣泛的應(yīng)用于國(guó)民生產(chǎn)的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),液壓元件、組件和系統(tǒng)性能的高低直接影響機(jī)器的質(zhì)量,對(duì)元件、組件和系統(tǒng)的性能參數(shù)進(jìn)行測(cè)試分析,以滿足各種用途的需要,就成為不可缺少的重要環(huán)節(jié)。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)軟硬件技術(shù)和計(jì)算機(jī)輔助測(cè)試技術(shù)的發(fā)展,特別是虛擬儀器技術(shù)的出現(xiàn),為開(kāi)發(fā)通用的液壓元件計(jì)算機(jī)輔助測(cè)試系統(tǒng)提供了便利條件。因此,將測(cè)試領(lǐng)域中的最新技術(shù)— 虛擬儀器技術(shù)應(yīng)用于液壓元件及系統(tǒng)性能的自動(dòng)測(cè)試中,以提高測(cè)試的效率和精度,對(duì)于液壓元件和系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)以及液壓產(chǎn)品的推廣應(yīng)用具有重要作用。
為適應(yīng)電液比例控制技術(shù)教學(xué)和科研的需要,我們進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)室的機(jī)電液實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)自動(dòng)化改造。本文論述對(duì)機(jī)電液綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)液壓測(cè)試回路的整合改造,提高了原實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)的技術(shù)性能,研制出一種多功能模塊化的、先進(jìn)的、可靠的液壓泵、液壓閥計(jì)算機(jī)輔助測(cè)試試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),能夠自動(dòng)按預(yù)先設(shè)定好的程序完成對(duì)各種泵、閥的性能測(cè)試。

Abstract
The technology of hydraulicp ressureh as been wdely used in every part of National Product. The performance of hydraulic component and hydraulic circuit can influence the quality of machine directly. So it is important to test and analyze the performance index of hydraulic component and circuit, in order to meet the needs of different purpose.The development of technology of computer software and hardware as well as the development of CAT (Computer Aided Test), especially the appearance of VI (Visual Instrument), provides convenience to develop multifunctional CAT system of hydraulic components.Thus,the study on CAT system based on the most new test technology of VI, may play a very important role in research of new hydraulic components and systems,also in extending application of hydraulic products.
In order to meet the needs of instruction and scientific research,we decided to develop to Automation of electro-hydraulic test-bed. This article discusses the electro-hydraulic integrated circuit of hydraulic test of the integration and enhance the original test-bed of technical performance, the development of a multi-functional modular, advanced and reliable hydraulic pumps,hydraulic valve computer-aided test Test System, can automatically at a pre-configured procedures of the various pumps, valves of the performance test.
