中小企業(yè)在我國的經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展中占有重要地位,發(fā)揮著大企業(yè)難以取代的作用。中小企業(yè)作為我國國民經(jīng)濟的重要組成部分,同樣也處在改革與發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時期,但是人才流失卻阻礙著我國中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展。中小企業(yè)人才流失問題嚴重,如何有效地解決人才流失問題以增強我國中小企業(yè)的市場競爭能力將是我們?nèi)胧酪院竺媾R的一個嚴峻、緊迫而具有現(xiàn)實意義的問題。本文在對中小企業(yè)人才流失分析的過程中,以 X 公司為研究對象,通過問卷調(diào)查對該公司人才流失現(xiàn)狀、影響及原因的分析,為 X公司提出了解決人才流失問題的對策。

Research on Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Brain Drain Issue
Abstract: Small and medium-sized enterprises occupy the important position in the socio-economic development. Small and medium-sized enterprises are in the key periods of the reform and development too as the important component of our national economy. But the brain drain is hampering it’s progress. After China’s ascension to the WTO, small and medium companies will have to compete both domestically and internationally, which highlights the importance of solving the problem of employee turnover. The author first analyzes the current situation of employee turnover in small and medium firms and the impact on these firms. Then the author focuses on the study of one particular firm –X, using data collected through questionnaires. Based on the results from data analysis, the author identifies the reasons of employee turnover in small and medium enterprises and suggests ways to resolve the issue.
