摘要: 美國(guó)華爾街危機(jī)不僅迅速波及全球金融市場(chǎng)，而且已由虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)向?qū)嶓w經(jīng)濟(jì)蔓延。金融危機(jī)可能會(huì)向美元危機(jī)甚至經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)發(fā)展，全球經(jīng)濟(jì)陷入衰退的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)日益加大。在美國(guó)金融危機(jī)影響下，全球金融市場(chǎng)劇烈震蕩，在這樣的背景下我國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)勢(shì)必受到影響.本文從這一矛盾入手,重點(diǎn)闡述了在全球金融危機(jī)爆發(fā)下我國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)狀、特點(diǎn)、影響,并進(jìn)而對(duì)其產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行了分析,以及我國(guó)應(yīng)采取的對(duì)策.

Abstract: Wall Street crisis is not only the United States rapidly spread to global financial markets, but also by the virtual economy spread to the real economy. Financial crisis may be to the dollar crisis and even the development of the economic crisis, the global economy into recession increasing risks. Financial crisis in the United States under the influence of turbulent global financial markets, against this background that China's securities market is bound to be affected.
