摘要:目前,預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土被廣泛的使用于各種中小跨度的橋梁中,而且大量采用預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土將是未來(lái)橋梁發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。在本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)中,對(duì)目前在公路橋梁中經(jīng)常使用的預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土簡(jiǎn)支T型梁橋的設(shè)計(jì)做了全面的介紹,其中包括調(diào)研,外文資料的翻譯,方案設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算以及施工圖的繪制,并對(duì)預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁橋的特點(diǎn)做了詳細(xì)的介紹。在確定方案時(shí),根據(jù)調(diào)研及查閱大量的資料,在此橋位上布置了鋼管混凝土橋,鋼筋混凝土箱型拱橋及預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土簡(jiǎn)支T型梁橋三種設(shè)計(jì)方案,根據(jù)“安全,功能,經(jīng)濟(jì),美觀”的原則,對(duì)各種橋型的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了比選,而預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土簡(jiǎn)支T型梁橋在此橋位上更具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,反映在工程造價(jià)比較低,施工工期短,施工技術(shù)成熟,因此,最終選擇了預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土簡(jiǎn)支T梁橋?yàn)樵O(shè)計(jì)方案。 結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算著重進(jìn)行了上部結(jié)構(gòu)的計(jì)算,包括截面尺寸的擬定,內(nèi)力計(jì)算(恒載內(nèi)力,活載內(nèi)力和附加內(nèi)力的計(jì)算,內(nèi)力組合以及影響線),配筋設(shè)計(jì),施工階段和使用階段的應(yīng)力驗(yàn)算,承載能力極限狀態(tài)強(qiáng)度驗(yàn)算,剛度驗(yàn)算,變形驗(yàn)算。
通過(guò)本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)一步加深了我對(duì)橋梁以及預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土的認(rèn)識(shí)。

Abstract: Nowdays, the pre-stressed concrete is extensively used in various kinds of bridges of medium and small span ,and it will be development trend of the bridge in the future to adopt the bridge of the pre-stressed concrete in a large amount in this graduation design ,overall introduction of the pre-stressed T-section concretebeam bridge among highway bridge often used at presentis made,includinginvestigationandresearch,translation,conceptualdesign ,calculation of structure and drawing, and make detailed introduction to the characteristicofpre-stressedconcretebridge.whileconfirmingthescheme ,according to investigation, research and information. the concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge , the rigid bridge, cable-stayed bridge of three spans, suspension bridge .cable-stayed bridge of twospans,the pre-stressed T-section concrete beam bridge ,according to the principle of the design of the scheme , introduction to the advantage and disadvantage of the various bridges is made , but the pre-stressed T-section concrete beam bridge is in conformity with this location ,and the projection fabrication cost is lower, the time for a projection is very short ,construction technology is ripe so , I choose the pre-stressed T-section concrete beam bridge on the location finally .The calculation of structure mainly includes the superstructure such as studying out size of section ,calculating the internal force (the calculation of the internal force under constant load, mobile load and additional load );the design of reinforcing;thechecking computation of the stress in the construction stage andwhenthebridges broughttouse;thechecking computation of the intensity under the limit state of carrying capacity.
Through this graduation design, my understanding of the pre-stressed concrete are strengthened further .
