本論文應用本專業(yè)所學課程的理論和生產實際知識進行一次冷沖壓模具設計工作的實際訓練從而培養(yǎng)和提高學生獨立工作能力,鞏固與擴充了冷沖壓模具設計等課程所學的內容,掌握冷沖壓模具設計的方法和步驟,掌握冷沖壓模具設計的基本的模具技能懂得了怎樣分析零件的工藝性,怎樣確定工藝方案,了解了模具的基本結構,提高了計算能力,繪圖能力,熟悉了規(guī)范和標準,同時各科相關的課程都有了全面的復習,獨立思考的能力也有了提高。。采用落料拉伸復合模,能較好地實現(xiàn)落料及落料件的修邊,模具設計制造簡便易行。落料拉伸效果好,能極大地提高生產效率,但落料拉伸凹模設計較為重要,設計中應充分考慮其落料拉伸模口形狀,否則易影響落料拉伸件的形狀。主要工序包括:a復合下料,沖孔,b全周壓毛邊,沖孔,小折,c沖孔,鉚螺母,d成型。本設計共分6章,分別論述了產品工藝分析,沖壓方案的確定,工藝計算,模板及零件設計,模具組立等問題。本論文是第三工程(沖孔)的模具。本設計的內容是確定復合模內型和結構形式以及工藝性,繪制模具總圖和非標準件零件圖。

This design altogether is divided 6 chapters, elaborated the product craft analysis separately, the ramming plan determination, the process design, the template and the components design, the mold group at once question. The present paper is the third project (punch holes) mold. This design content is determined the superposable die former and the structural style as well as the technology capability, draw up the mold assembly drawing and the non-standard letter detail drawing.
