輸出軸工藝與工裝設(shè)計(jì)

摘要：首先，本人設(shè)計(jì)的零件為輸出軸，它的作用是傳動(dòng)作用，傳動(dòng)力的方向和軸力。軸的樣式很多，應(yīng)用的也很廣泛，不過(guò)本人對(duì)于自己設(shè)計(jì)的軸經(jīng)過(guò)了解，根據(jù)零件的形狀、尺寸精度、生產(chǎn)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益等各方面的詳細(xì)分析其加工工藝，采用多工序，機(jī)床加工。通過(guò)對(duì)零件的分析，此軸要求精度高，工序適當(dāng)集中，要求光滑，所以選用的工具和尺寸要量得準(zhǔn)。對(duì)輸出軸的夾具設(shè)計(jì)也要求也高,因?yàn)榫群凸钜蟾?表面更要采用磨床鉆磨。最后對(duì)零件進(jìn)行校核。以便達(dá)到零件精度的要求。
