摘要
全液壓巖心鉆機是一種新型鉆機,是在吸取了立軸式巖心和轉盤式巖心鉆機結構的優(yōu)點基礎上發(fā)展起來的。目前已生產(chǎn)出的全液壓巖心鉆機的主要優(yōu)點是:給進行程長,可縮短鉆進過程的輔助時間,有利于減少孔內(nèi)事故;動力頭上下移動是沿剛性較大的滑道進行的,所以導向、定向性好,旋轉平穩(wěn);鉆機升降機構與給進機構合一,動力頭與孔口夾持器配合可實現(xiàn)擰卸鉆具,此種結構簡化了鉆機的結構及配套裝置。全液壓巖心鉆機還具有無極調(diào)速、調(diào)速范圍大、過載保護性能好,能實現(xiàn)自動化、遠距離自動控制等優(yōu)點。但全液壓巖心鉆機消耗功率較大,傳動效率低,可拆性差,液壓元件要求精度高,保養(yǎng)維修方便。
本鉆機準備在鉆進時,通過底座上活塞桿將平放于底座上的工作機構旋轉90°,撐開液壓支腿,并將其調(diào)整平穩(wěn)可靠,此時可鉆垂直孔。鉆頭安裝等工作完成后,接通電源。此時,將卡盤夾緊鉆桿,夾持器處于松開狀態(tài)。動力頭將動力輸出,經(jīng)液壓系統(tǒng)帶動液壓馬達旋轉,馬達輸出軸于變速箱齒輪軸聯(lián)接,將動力傳到空心輸出軸。空心軸帶動聯(lián)接的卡盤同速旋轉,從而鉆桿回轉。加之液壓給進機構調(diào)節(jié)適當壓力使鉆頭完成鉆進工作

abstract
Hydraulic core drilling rig is a new rig, absorb the vertical shaft in the core and rotary core drilling rig structure developed on the basis of merit. Hydraulic core drill also has a stepless, speed range, overload performance, can be automated, remote automatic control and so on. However, hydraulic core drill a larger power consumption, transmission efficiency is low, removable poor, the high accuracy of hydraulic components, easy maintenance.
