摘 要
多品種、中小批量混流生產(chǎn)是今后的主流生產(chǎn)方式,其產(chǎn)品組合是混流生產(chǎn)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃工作所面臨的重要問題,其結(jié)果為企業(yè)產(chǎn)品戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整、資源能力設(shè)計(jì)與調(diào)整、投資分析、生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃優(yōu)化等提供重要的數(shù)據(jù)支持和決策依據(jù)。
本文在深入分析現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品組合在處理邏輯、所依賴的成本核算理論及決策方法等三方面存在的不足的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)其不足,提出了基于生產(chǎn)物流平衡的產(chǎn)品組合邏輯模型,并詳細(xì)闡述其優(yōu)勢(shì)、特點(diǎn)及求解步驟。本文以基于生產(chǎn)物流平衡的產(chǎn)品組合邏輯模型為指導(dǎo),首先研究了基于生產(chǎn)物流平衡的產(chǎn)品組合建模,在產(chǎn)品組合建模研究中,重點(diǎn)研究了中長(zhǎng)計(jì)劃期的產(chǎn)品組合總量建模和短計(jì)劃期的產(chǎn)品組合建模,并對(duì)不同計(jì)劃期的時(shí)間銜接問題進(jìn)行了分析。然后,在其邏輯模型指導(dǎo)下,針對(duì)生產(chǎn)的物流平衡具體實(shí)現(xiàn),提出了生產(chǎn)物流平衡的方法模型,就模型中所涉及的三個(gè)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)——緩沖設(shè)置、批量確定和生產(chǎn)提前期等問題展開了深入的研究。通過上述的方法措施的實(shí)現(xiàn),力求將主生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃、物料需求計(jì)劃和生產(chǎn)作業(yè)計(jì)劃集成為一體化計(jì)劃,嘗試一攬子解決各級(jí)計(jì)劃,通過生產(chǎn)物流平衡方法的實(shí)施,減少或避免了生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)能力上的沖突、縮短了各種產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)周期,初步實(shí)現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)品組合計(jì)劃與作業(yè)計(jì)劃的協(xié)同制定,優(yōu)化了產(chǎn)品組合,以此達(dá)到優(yōu)化整個(gè)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的目的。
為了便于基于生產(chǎn)物流平衡的產(chǎn)品組合決策方法在混流制造企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用,本文針對(duì)太倉市綠城包裝有限公司目前產(chǎn)品組合決策存在的問題,應(yīng)用文中所研究的不同計(jì)劃期內(nèi)的產(chǎn)品組合決策方法模型和部分生產(chǎn)物流平衡方法對(duì)該公司進(jìn)行了實(shí)例分析。詳細(xì)給出了基于生產(chǎn)物流平衡的產(chǎn)品組合求解過程,并深入產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的作業(yè)層面主要解決了多產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過程中各產(chǎn)品的轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)批量、生產(chǎn)周期優(yōu)化等問題,以此確保多產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)物流平衡。最后,將其決策結(jié)果與企業(yè)現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品組合決策結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,證實(shí)了基于生產(chǎn)物流平衡的產(chǎn)品組合能獲得更大的利潤,更有利于各級(jí)計(jì)劃的執(zhí)行。

Abstract
Multiple-product, medium and small batch production has been the mainstream production mode. Product mix is an unavoidable important question to multiple-product enterprises. The result of PMD have a direct impact on the enterprises product strategy adjustment, resource capacity design, capacity adjustments, investment analysis, production scheduling optimization.
This paper points out primarily the flaws exist in the following three aspects related to the present research of product mix : the processing logic, the cost accounting theory and decision making. On that basis, this paper proposes a logical model that based on the balanced portfolio of production logistics and describes the advantages ,features and the solution steps of the model. Based on the product mix logic model for guidance, the paper researches the product mix model based on production logistics balance, focusing on modeling of the portfolio of total amount products in medium and long term as well as the portfolio of products in short term, and the time linking problem of different plan period is analyzed. Then, according to production logistics balance concrete realization, the method of production logistics balance is developed , and the three key technologies of the model - buffer setup, batch determine and lead time problems are researched in depth .While in the practical implementation, this paper seeks to make master production scheduling, material requirement planning and production work planning into one comprehensive scheduling, trying to find a package measure to complete all the plans in different levels. According to balance the production logistics, reduce or avoid conflicts of the capacity of the production system and shorten the production cycle of each product, the whole production system gets optimized and thus a best product mix scheduling is obtained, which directs the settlement of the corresponding control problem in production level and makes sure that the plans in all level can be finished in schedule, and maximize the corporation’s profits finally.
Finally, the paper makes a empirical research on the production mix of Taicang green town packing Co.LTD. Detailing the solution process of product mix based on production logistics balance is given, and this paper analyzes and solves the problem of the production process control in order to ensure the implementation of production logistics for multiple-product production. Compared the result deriving from the solution process with the present product mix of the enterprises, the paper proves that enterprises can get more profits and can be more conducive to all levels of implementation of the plan for product
mix based on production logistics balance.

Abstract
Multiple-product, medium and small batch production has been the mainstream production mode. Product mix is an unavoidable important question to multiple-product enterprises. The result of PMD have a direct impact on the enterprises product strategy adjustment, resource capacity design, capacity adjustments, investment analysis, production scheduling optimization.
This paper points out primarily the flaws exist in the following three aspects related to the present research of product mix : the processing logic, the cost accounting theory and decision making. On that basis, this paper proposes a logical model that based on the balanced portfolio of production logistics and describes the advantages ,features and the solution steps of the model. Based on the product mix logic model for guidance, the paper researches the product mix model based on production logistics balance, focusing on modeling of the portfolio of total amount products in medium and long term as well as the portfolio of products in short term, and the time linking problem of different plan period is analyzed. Then, according to production logistics balance concrete realization, the method of production logistics balance is developed , and the three key technologies of the model - buffer setup, batch determine and lead time problems are researched in depth .While in the practical implementation, this paper seeks to make master production scheduling, material requirement planning and production work planning into one comprehensive scheduling, trying to find a package measure to complete all the plans in different levels. According to balance the production logistics, reduce or avoid conflicts of the capacity of the production system and shorten the production cycle of each product, the whole production system gets optimized and thus a best product mix scheduling is obtained, which directs the settlement of the corresponding control problem in production level and makes sure that the plans in all level can be finished in schedule, and maximize the corporation’s profits finally.
Finally, the paper makes a empirical research on the production mix of Taicang green town packing Co.LTD. Detailing the solution process of product mix based on production logistics balance is given, and this paper analyzes and solves the problem of the production process control in order to ensure the implementation of production logistics for multiple-product production. Compared the result deriving from the solution process with the present product mix of the enterprises, the paper proves that enterprises can get more profits and can be more conducive to all levels of implementation of the plan for product
mix based on production logistics balance.
