【摘要】根據(jù)廠里現(xiàn)有自制的2105機(jī)油泵體九孔鉆專(zhuān)機(jī)的工作原理,傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu),在只有少部分維修用測(cè)繪零件圖紙外,沒(méi)有任何其他的圖紙資料和對(duì)專(zhuān)機(jī)不便拆卸觀看測(cè)量箱體內(nèi)部裝配關(guān)系、零件尺寸的情況下,重新設(shè)計(jì)一臺(tái)新的只鉆泵體平面六孔的專(zhuān)機(jī)。本機(jī)床的工作進(jìn)給是通過(guò)兩凸輪的轉(zhuǎn)速差來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的,快速退回是通過(guò)凸輪的急回特性和彈簧作用來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的。該裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,制造周期短,能進(jìn)行各種加工,加工時(shí)傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)性好、排屑快、效率高,能較好的完成2105泵體上的六孔加工工步。本機(jī)床還通過(guò)改變減速箱的結(jié)構(gòu)和箱內(nèi)齒輪配合關(guān)系,從而通過(guò)加工其他的平面孔工件也可通過(guò)其來(lái)完成攻絲工步。 本課題設(shè)計(jì)的機(jī)床是為加工2105泵體平面上的六孔(2-M6和4-φ9)而設(shè)計(jì)的多軸鉆孔專(zhuān)機(jī),其的工作原理是:
1.刀具的旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)
刀具的旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)是通過(guò)皮帶,花鍵傳動(dòng)和齒輪變速直接驅(qū)動(dòng)鉆頭作旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng),通過(guò)變速箱獲得相應(yīng)的切削速度。從而可加工不同孔徑的孔。
2.刀具的進(jìn)給運(yùn)動(dòng)
刀具的進(jìn)給運(yùn)動(dòng)是通過(guò)變速箱里的齒輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),使得與齒輪聯(lián)接的螺旋凸輪轉(zhuǎn)速慢于主軸聯(lián)接的螺旋凸輪。這樣使慢的凸輪推動(dòng)快的凸輪前進(jìn),使鉆頭完成進(jìn)給運(yùn)動(dòng),其進(jìn)給速度為兩凸輪轉(zhuǎn)速差的行程。

This engine bed work feed is realizes through two cam rotational speed difference.Returns is fast comes back promptly the characteristic and the spring function through the cam realizes.This equipment structure is simple, the manufacture cycle is short, when can carry on each kind of processing, the processing, the transmission stability is good, the escape of chips is quick; The efficiency is high, can complete on this 2105 pump bodies six to process the labor step well.
