溫度在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)生產(chǎn)制造中是一項(xiàng)很重要的工藝參數(shù),廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的各種場(chǎng)合,如冶金、鋼鐵、鑄造、食品、化工等各種環(huán)境,隨著信息的發(fā)展,很多場(chǎng)合需要對(duì)這一工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控,查看歷史,制作報(bào)表等,以便更好的分析生產(chǎn)中的情況。
傳統(tǒng)的高精度溫度監(jiān)測(cè)控制一般是用高精度溫控表,這種方式成本低,連接簡(jiǎn)單但是存在控制精度差,信息單一等缺點(diǎn),無(wú)法滿足系統(tǒng)化監(jiān)控的效果。還有很多場(chǎng)合是基于單片機(jī)控制的,然而單片機(jī)控制的DDC 系統(tǒng)軟硬件設(shè)計(jì)較為復(fù)雜, 特別是涉及到邏輯控制方面更不是其長(zhǎng)處。
PLC(即可編程控制器)在工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域內(nèi)得到十分廣泛地應(yīng)用。PLC是一種基于數(shù)字計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、專為在工業(yè)環(huán)境下應(yīng)用而設(shè)計(jì)的電子控制裝置,它采用可編程序的存儲(chǔ)器,用來(lái)存儲(chǔ)用戶指令,通過(guò)數(shù)字或模擬的輸入/輸出,完成一系列邏輯、順序、定時(shí)、記數(shù)、運(yùn)算等確定的功能,來(lái)控制各種類型的機(jī)電一體化設(shè)備和生產(chǎn)過(guò)程。
本設(shè)計(jì)是利用西門(mén)子S7-200PLC采集溫度數(shù)據(jù)加以計(jì)算處理,而后通過(guò)昆侖通泰(MCGS)人機(jī)界面的顯示溫度檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)。完全可以應(yīng)用于需要監(jiān)控顯示,信息采集報(bào)表制作的場(chǎng)合。

Abstract
The temperature in the modern industrial production is a very important process parameters, widely used in industrial production on various occasions, such as metallurgy, steel, foundry, food, chemical environment, with the development of information, many occasions requireon the process parameters in real time, view a history of making statements, in order to better analysis of the production
The traditional high precision temperature monitoring and control is commonly used in high precision temperature control table, this way of low cost, simple connection but has poor control accuracy, information and other shortcomings of the single, can not meet the system of monitoring result. There are many occasions are based on single chip microcomputer control, however, SCM control system hardware and software design of DDC is relatively complex, especially relates to the logic control more than their strengths.
PLC (programmable controller) in the field of industrial control has been very widely used. PLC is based on a digital computer technology, specifically for the industrial application environment and the design of the electronic control device, it uses a programmable memory, used to store a user's instruction, through digital or analog input / output, complete a series of logic, sequence, timing, counting, operations and other defining features, to control various types of mechanical and electrical equipment and integrated production process.
This design is the use of Siemens S7-200PLC collecting temperature data to be calculated, and then through the Kunlun Winton (MCGS) human-computer interface display temperature detection system. Can be used to monitor display, information collection and reporting
