摘 要
隨著汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,人們對(duì)車庫(kù)的需求量日益增長(zhǎng)。車庫(kù)門產(chǎn)品是在我國(guó)建筑市場(chǎng)發(fā)展過程中到迅速發(fā)展。我國(guó)車庫(kù)門業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀是:80年代初我國(guó)與世界各國(guó)的交流漸漸多了起來(lái),當(dāng)時(shí)的工業(yè)產(chǎn)品展覽會(huì)上就有瑞典的車庫(kù)門而且是上滑道車庫(kù)門,那時(shí),有超前意識(shí)的企業(yè)開始研制車庫(kù)門,當(dāng)然在20世紀(jì)80年代更多的還是卷簾門的市場(chǎng)占了80%,盡管卷簾門的噪音高達(dá) 60-80分貝,但是卷簾門產(chǎn)品從結(jié)構(gòu)上已經(jīng)用上了彈簧鋼帶。車庫(kù)門不是說(shuō)結(jié)構(gòu)繁雜就是好產(chǎn)品,只要我們的設(shè)計(jì)理念是先進(jìn)的,發(fā)展方向當(dāng)然是以簡(jiǎn)便、耐用為根本原則。這好比照相機(jī)發(fā)展到一定程度就有了很普及的傻瓜和數(shù)碼照相機(jī)。但是產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì)不是落后而是向更先進(jìn)和更趨于人性的智能、安全、耐用的方向發(fā)展智能車庫(kù)將是信息社會(huì)最重要的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施之一,停車場(chǎng)管理控制系統(tǒng)則是現(xiàn)代建筑中不可或缺的一部分。
隨著計(jì)算機(jī)控制技術(shù)的發(fā)展,停車場(chǎng)管理控制系統(tǒng)的功能及軟硬件設(shè)施也伴隨其發(fā)展而不斷改進(jìn)。本文主要闡述了車庫(kù)自動(dòng)門的設(shè)計(jì)思想與程序編制, 應(yīng)用PLC作為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)控制器,對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備進(jìn)行信號(hào)采集與控制??刂频恼f(shuō)明、系統(tǒng)流程圖、外部接線圖、梯形圖必要的文字說(shuō)明介紹了以PLC為應(yīng)用的車庫(kù)自動(dòng)門的系統(tǒng)軟件設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)管理及控制功能需求,充分研究了相關(guān)系統(tǒng)組件的工作原理及性能指標(biāo),據(jù)此進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)功能設(shè)計(jì)及硬件選型。此系統(tǒng)對(duì)車庫(kù)的管理有很大的幫助、對(duì)疏導(dǎo)交通流量、提高道路通行能力有明顯的效果,有很大的實(shí)用價(jià)值。

ABSTRACT
With the development of automobile industry, people's growing demand for garage. Garage door products in the market of building of our country development process to develop quickly. Our garage door industry current situation is: at the beginning of 80 time our country and the exchange of the world is gradually much rise, the industrial product exhibition is a Swedish garage door and sectional garage door, then, have advance awareness of the enterprise to begin development of the garage door, and of course in the nineteen eighties or more rolling shutter door market accounted for 80%, while the rolling shutter door high noise of60-80dB, but shutter door from the structure has been the use of the spring steel strip. The garage door is not that complicated structure is a good product, as long as our design idea is advanced, the development direction of course is simple, durable as the fundamental principle. It is like a camera development to a certain extent there are very popular for Dummies and digital camera. But the product quality is not backward but to more advanced and more human intelligence, safe, durable development direction of the intelligent garage will be the information society is one of the most important infrastructure, car park management and control systems are an integral part of modern architecture.
With the development of computer control technology, car park management and control system functions and facilities are also associated with its development and continuous improvement of software and hardware. This article mainly on the design and programming of the automatic garage doors, PLC as a site controller, signal acquisition and control over equipment. Description of the control, system wiring diagrams, flowcharts, external ladder need the text instructions in PLC application system software design of automatic garage doors. According to the management and control of functional requirements, full study on the related system components working principles and performance indicators, system design and hardware selection accordingly. This system's management has a great deal of help to the garage, to ease the traffic flow, enhance road capacity has a measurable effect, be of great practical value.
