【摘 要】:本論文以太陽(yáng)能光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,以獲取太陽(yáng)能電池的最大功率為目標(biāo)。論文通過(guò)分析光伏電池特性,推導(dǎo)Boost電路阻抗變換關(guān)系,在Matlab中對(duì)光伏電池、Boost電路建模,改變Boost占空比尋找最大功率點(diǎn)。論文最后給出光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)最大功率點(diǎn)跟蹤方案即改變Boost占空比使得負(fù)載的等效阻抗與光伏電池陣列內(nèi)部阻抗相匹配。

Principle analyze and simulation research of the maximum power point tracking Stand-alone Photovoltaic System
【Abstract】:In this paper, in order to obtain the maximum power of solar cells, photovoltaic systems were discussed and analyzed. The characteristics of photovoltaic cells were analyzed. Besides, the relations Impedance transformation of Boost Circuit was derived in this paper. We attempt to change Boost circuit duty cycle, In order to search for the maximum power point of photovoltaic systems. The last program selected for photovoltaic systems maximum power point tracing that is changing the Boost duty cycle makes the equivalent impedance of external load to match the photovoltaic systems internal impedance.
