The Analysis of Environmental Impact of Altering the Federal Highway No.107 in Xuchang City

Abstract：The project of altering the federal highway No.107 in Xuchang City is important. It will improve presently chaotic conditions oneself and promote development of the Xuchang region economy, but it will have harmful impact inevitably on the environment in the project construction process. The present thesis has made analysis and appraisal about the environmental impact which produced to the project, proposed some measures which reduce and alleviate the impact. Finally, so long as strengthened management in construction time and transport business time, fulfilled the highway construction standard, and carried out each environmental protection measure which the appraisal proposed, its construction development was feasible.
