摘 要
矩形型材端面坡口銑削機(jī)是由大量通用部件和少量專用部件組成的工序集中的高效機(jī)床。其特點(diǎn)有: 結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、工作質(zhì)量可靠、設(shè)計(jì)和制造周期短、投資少、經(jīng)濟(jì)效果好、生產(chǎn)率高等。
本次設(shè)計(jì)的題目是矩形型材端面坡口銑削機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)。首先針對(duì)要加工的型材入手,對(duì)機(jī)床進(jìn)行總體方案設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)而確定機(jī)床的總體布局,隨后,對(duì)銑削力進(jìn)行計(jì)算,根據(jù)要求選擇合適的動(dòng)力頭,以加工要求為線索,在滿足要求的前提下完成其它(如絲杠、導(dǎo)軌)所有零件的設(shè)計(jì)。

ABSTRACT
Modular Machine, by the large number of common parts and a small number of specialized components of the process focused efficient machine. Its features include: compact, reliable quality, design and manufacturing cycle shorter, less investment and economic effects, and higher productivity .
The design is a rectangular profile of the subject face groove milling machine design. of all, to the processing of the profiles for the start of the overall machine design, machine tool and then determine the overall layout, then the calculation of the milling force, in accordance with the requirements of the driving force for the first choice for processing requests for clues to meet the requirements of under the other (eg, screw, rail) to all parts of the design.
