共同配送的研究——以安得物流為例    




摘要

隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和人民生活水平的提高，消費(fèi)者的需求日益向精致化、個性化方向發(fā)展。制造商為了滿足大眾的需求，紛紛采用高頻、少量的配送方式。國內(nèi)大多數(shù)企業(yè)都面臨著物流成本上升、投資物流現(xiàn)代化的能力不足以及專業(yè)人才缺乏等物流問題。尤其是中小企業(yè)，由于自身規(guī)模較小、實力不足，在物流配送方面更是舉步維艱、困難重重。而共同配送是追求配送合理化并經(jīng)長期的發(fā)展和探索優(yōu)化出的一種配送形式，也是美國、日本等一些發(fā)達(dá)國家采用較廣泛、影響較大的一種先進(jìn)的物流配送方式。它對于提高中小企業(yè)的物流運(yùn)作效率、降低物流成本具有重要的意義。

針對這樣的情況，本文首先對共同配送進(jìn)行仔細(xì)認(rèn)真的研究，包括共同配送的概念和內(nèi)涵、共同配送的發(fā)展過程、共同配送的形式?；诖擞种匮芯苛宋覈髽I(yè)的物流共同配送現(xiàn)狀和安得物流的共同配送問題，在共同配送理論知識的基礎(chǔ)上對安得物流的共同配送問題進(jìn)行分析和研究，包括安得物流開展共同配送的背景、實施共同配送的目的、實施共同配送過程中遇到的問題，重點在于分析問題，解決問題的相關(guān)方面的研究。并在此基礎(chǔ)上探索實現(xiàn)安得物流共同配送的具體措施和相應(yīng)的建議，提出實現(xiàn)共同配送的一些措施和方法。通過研究探索共同配送的發(fā)展?jié)摿?，把握共同配送的發(fā)展趨勢。

通過理論研究和案例研究探討共同配送的發(fā)展?jié)摿桶l(fā)展趨勢，這是本課題的研究重點。

Title   The research of Joint distribution — A case of Annto logistics                                    




Abstract

With the rapid development of the national economy and the improvement of people's living standards, the consumers’ demand is growing toward refined and personalized. In order to fulfill the consumers’ demand, manufacturers adopt a high frequency with a small batch distribution mode one after another. Most of the domestic enterprises are facing some logistics problems, such as the increasing of logistics costs, lacking of the ability to invest in modern logistics, and lacking of logistics talents. Especially the small and medium sized companies, because of their small size and deficient ability, they have more difficulties to develop on their logistics distribution. While joint distribution is this kind of distribution mode, its aim is to pursue the rationalization of the distribution and it has been developed and explored for a long time. Meanwhile it’s also an advanced and influential logistics distribution mode which has been adopted extensively by America, Japan and some other developed countries. It has a great significance on the improvement of the logistics operation efficiency and decrease of the logistics costs of the small and medium sized companies.

According to this situation, this article researches the joint distribution seriously first, including the concept and connotation of joint distribution, the development process of joint distribution, the form of joint distribution. On this basis, this article researches the joint distribution actuality of enterprises in our country and the joint distribution problems of the Annto logistics, analyzing and researching the joint distribution problems of the Annto logistics on the basis of theoretical knowledge of joint distribution, including the background of implementing joint distribution, the objective of implementing joint distribution, the problems of implementing joint distribution, the emphases is the research about analyzing and solving problems. On this basis, this article explores the relevant measures and advice of achieving joint distribution of Annto logistics, and brings forward some measures and advice of achieving joint distribution. The aim is to hold the development trend by researching and exploring the development potential of joint distribution.

The emphases of this research is to discuss the development potential and trend of joint distribution by theoretical research and case research.
