試論管理科學(xué)理論的新發(fā)展

摘要：管理理論的發(fā)展，圍繞人性假設(shè)理論，經(jīng)歷了從以“經(jīng)濟(jì)人”為基礎(chǔ)的物本管理到以“社會人”為基礎(chǔ)的人本管理，再到基于“能力人”假設(shè)的能奔管理的過程后，正在向以“知識人”假設(shè)為前提的知本管理發(fā)展，文中介紹了各個(gè)階段管理的內(nèi)涵以及主要特征，重點(diǎn)介紹了知本管
理，提出了我國應(yīng)對知本管理挑戰(zhàn)的對策。

Abstract: The development of the management theory, centring on the assumption theory of the human nature , has gone through a course from the management of the thing based on " economic people " to the management of the person taking " social people " as foundation, and then reach to the management of the ability based on " ability people .Now it is developing to the management of the knowledge based on " knowledge people ". The paper introduces the intension and the main characteristics of the management on each stage, especially introduce the management of the knowledge. It also proposes the countermeasures which our country use to deal with the challenge bringing by the management of knowledge.
