摘 要
本課題主要是針對盒蓋的模具設(shè)計,通過對塑件進行工藝的分析和比較最終設(shè)計出一幅注塑模。該課題從產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性,具體模具結(jié)構(gòu)出發(fā),對模具的澆注系統(tǒng),模具成型部分結(jié)構(gòu),頂出系統(tǒng),冷卻系統(tǒng),注塑機的選擇及有關(guān)參數(shù)的校核,都有詳細的設(shè)計,同時并簡單的編制了模具的加工工藝。通過整個設(shè)計過程表明該模具能夠達到此塑件所要求的加工工藝。根據(jù)題目設(shè)計的主要任務(wù)是盒蓋注塑模具的設(shè)計。也就是設(shè)計一副注塑模具來生產(chǎn)盒蓋件產(chǎn)品,以實現(xiàn)自動化提高產(chǎn)量。針對盒蓋的具體結(jié)構(gòu),該模具是點澆口的雙分型面注射模具。由于塑件內(nèi)側(cè)有四個小凸臺,直接頂出,故采用斜推桿的結(jié)構(gòu)形式。
盒蓋的注塑模具屬于日常生活用品,所用材料是當前應(yīng)用較為廣泛的熱塑性塑料ABS。它的生產(chǎn)批量為大批量生產(chǎn),該產(chǎn)品有如下特點:(1)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)比較簡單,不需要側(cè)抽芯;(2)表面比較光滑,表面粗糙度小。
對塑件進行工藝分析,闡述了模具的澆注系統(tǒng),分型面選擇,成型零件的設(shè)計,冷卻系統(tǒng)及模具的工作原理。

The lid injection mold design
Abstract
This topic mainly aimed at the box cover die design, through the process of plastic parts for analysis and comparison of the final design of an injection mold. The subject from the process of product structure, the concrete structure of the mold, the mold for casting system, mold forming part of the structure, the roof system, cooling system, the choice of injection molding machine and related parameters of the check, have the detailed design, at the same time and simple preparation of the mold process. Through the entire design process that the mold can achieve the required pieces of plastic processing technology. According to the topic design 's primary mission is to cover injection mold design. Design is an injection mold to produce the product, to improve the automation of production. According to the specific structure of the box cover, the mold is the runner type of double injection mold. As a result of plastic parts inside has four small bosses, direct top, so the use of inclined push rod structure.
The box cover injection mold which belongs to a daily life article, which is the most widely used material of thermoplastic ABS. It 's for the mass production of large-scale production, the product has the following characteristics: (1) the internal structure is relatively simple, does not need the side core pulling; (2) a relatively smooth surface, small surface roughness.
The technology of plastic parts for analysis, elaborated the mold's gating system, type selection, design of molding parts, cooling system and the working principle of mold.
