摘要： 現(xiàn)代機(jī)械加工行業(yè)發(fā)生著深刻的結(jié)構(gòu)性變化，工藝工裝的設(shè)計(jì)與改良已成為相關(guān)企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的必要條件。動力裝置行業(yè)作為一個傳統(tǒng)而富有活力的行業(yè)，近十幾年取得了突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展。在新經(jīng)濟(jì)時代，這一行業(yè)呈現(xiàn)了新的發(fā)展趨勢，由此對其動力裝置的質(zhì)量、性能產(chǎn)生了新的變化。輸出軸作為動力裝置的主要零件，工藝工裝的設(shè)計(jì)與改良直接影響著其質(zhì)量與性能。
本文首先介紹了輸出軸的作用和工藝分析，其次確定毛坯尺寸，然后進(jìn)行了工藝規(guī)程設(shè)計(jì)，最后對第70道工序和第80道工序進(jìn)行了夾具設(shè)計(jì)。

The design of the output shaft technical frock
Abstract The modern machine-finishing profession is having the profound constitutive change, the craft work clothes design and the Improvement has become the correlation enterprise survival and the development essential condition. The power unit profession takes a tradition but the rich vigor profession, in the recent several years has obtained the development which progresses by leaps and bounds. In the new economical time, this profession has presented the recent development tendency, from this to its power unit quality; the performance has had the new change. The output shaft took the power unit the major parts, the craft work clothes design and the improvement directly is affecting its quality and the performance.
This article first introduced the output shaft function and the craft analysis, next the definite semi finished materials size, then has carried on the technological process design, finally has carried on the jig design to the 70th working procedure and the 80th working procedure.
