摘要
這套設(shè)計共花我4周的時間從圖書館查資料、和同學(xué)們討論、分析和整理成文,決定做手機充電器外殼的設(shè)計。設(shè)計中從材料的選取,工藝分析等來設(shè)計的。另外該套模具巧妙的設(shè)計了拉料桿,保證了凝料在第一次分型時留在凹模板一側(cè),頂桿推動推桿固定板時凝料自動脫落,實現(xiàn)了從泣射到塑件被頂出的全自動化,提高了生產(chǎn)效率?;瑝K上的導(dǎo)軌既起導(dǎo)向功能,出便于安裝在凸模板上。由于塑件是壁厚較薄而均勻的塑件,而且,凸模部分有許多孔和凸臺,有較大的包緊力,為保正塑件的推出,故設(shè)計了多根推桿水平衡推出力。經(jīng)過生產(chǎn)實踐證明,該副模具的開合模動作完全符合設(shè)計要求,適于大批量生產(chǎn)。

Abstract
This nested design altogether spends I 4 week-long time to look up the material from the library, and schoolmates discusses, analyzes and reorganizes the article, decides the executor machine battery charger outer covering the design. In the design from the material selection, the process study and so on designs. Moreover this set of mold ingenious design has pulled the material pole, had guaranteed congeals the material when the first minute kept concave template one side, the roof bar impelled when the throwout lever dead plate congeals the material to fall off automatically, realizes from has sobbed shoots models the entire automation which went against, raised the production efficiency. On the slide guide rail already has the guidance function, leavesisadvantageous installs on the raised template. Because models is wall thickness is thin andevenmodels, moreover, the plunger part has permits porous and the lug boss, has big BaoJinthestrength, to guarantee is modelling extrusion, therefore designed many throwout leverlevelbalances to promote the strength. Proved after the production practice that this mold opensthematched molds movement to meet the design requirements completely, is suitable for the production in enormous quantities.
