摘 要
設(shè)計內(nèi)容:“杠桿”零件的機械加工工藝規(guī)程及加工φ10H7孔的工藝裝備設(shè)計,并繪制出調(diào)速杠桿零件圖、毛坯圖、夾具零件圖和夾具裝配圖,填寫工藝卡片,編制課程設(shè)計說明書。
設(shè)計目的:通過該課程設(shè)計,使我把自己所學(xué)理論與生產(chǎn)實踐很好地相結(jié)合, 鍛煉了我分析問題、解決問題的能力,在這個過程中我獨立分析和解決了零件機械制造的工藝問題,設(shè)計了機床專用夾具這一典型的工藝裝備,提高了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計能力,為今后的畢業(yè)設(shè)計及對自己未來將從事的工作進行了一次適應(yīng)性訓(xùn)練,從而打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。
由于能力所限,經(jīng)驗不足,設(shè)計中還有許多不足之處,還請各位老師多加指教。
Abstract
Design: "leverage" parts of the machining process
