摘 要
本項目任務(wù)是開發(fā)出一套基于C/S（Client/Server）模式的高效率、低成本、安全的庫存管理系統(tǒng)，開發(fā)庫存管理信息系統(tǒng)即有宏觀上的意義，那就是順應(yīng)時代信息化、現(xiàn)代化潮流，提高效益，促進國民經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化；也有微觀上的意義，那就是可以提高管理的現(xiàn)代化程序，加強管理的信息化手段，提高工作效率，增加單位效益。
庫存管理系統(tǒng)按分類、分級的模式對倉庫進行全面的管理和監(jiān)控，縮短了庫存信息流轉(zhuǎn)時間，使企業(yè)的物料管理層次分明、井然有序，為采購、銷售和生產(chǎn)提供依據(jù)；智能化的預(yù)警功能可自動提示存貨的短缺、超儲等異常狀況；系統(tǒng)還可進行材料庫存ABC分類匯總，減少資金積壓。完善的庫存管理功能，可對企業(yè)的存貨進行全面的控制和管理，降低庫存成本，增強企業(yè)的市場競爭力。
該庫存管理信息系統(tǒng)分成用戶子系統(tǒng)和管理員子系統(tǒng)兩大模塊，用戶子系統(tǒng)包括注冊、登錄、查看入庫信息、查看出庫信息幾個模塊，管理員子系統(tǒng)主要實現(xiàn)用戶管理、庫存查詢、報表打印、修改、添加修改用戶信息等功能.系統(tǒng)操作和維護變得簡單，容易，一目了然。

ABSTRACT
This project mission is to develop a set of according to the C/S(Client/Server) mode of high-efficiency,low cost,safety of the stock management system, thedevelopment stock management information system has the meaning of the macro view namely, that is to adjust ages information-based,the modernization current, the exaltation performance, promote the national economy structure excellent turn;There is also the meaning of[with] tiny view, that be the modern procedure that can raise a management, strengthenning the information-based means of management, the exaltation work efficiency, increase the unit performance.
The stock management system presses the mode of the classification,ratings to carry on the overall management and supervision to the warehouse, shortenning the stock information to flow to turn time, making the material management layer of the business enterprise clear and well arranged to have a preface, for buy,the sale and production provide a basis;The early-warning function that the intelligence turn can hint stock automatically of missing and super keep etc.abnormality condition;The system can also carry on the material stock ABC classification to gather, reducing a funds to put off.The perfect stock managementfunction, can carry on the overall control and management to the stock of the business enterprise, decline the low inventory cost, strengthen the market competition ability of the business enterprise.
That stock management information system is divided into the customer sub-system and managing person's sub- system two greatest molds piece, the customer sub- system includes registration,register,look in to store in warehouse an information and look into a database information a few mold pieces, managing person's sub- system mainly carries out a customer management,the stock search,statement to print,modify,increase the modification customer information etc. function.The system operation and maintenance become in brief, easy, is clear at a glance.
