摘要
對(duì)LB2000型瀝青拌和樓物料提升機(jī)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。斗式提升機(jī)是瀝青混凝土攪拌設(shè)備上的重要組成部分，它的主要功能是把粉料從粉料倉(cāng)提升到一定高度，輸送到計(jì)量設(shè)備。
在斗式提升機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中，主要對(duì)斗式提升機(jī)主要參數(shù)進(jìn)行確定。確定了提升機(jī)型號(hào)HT160型。對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置的功率，料斗的大小、容積、型號(hào)進(jìn)行了計(jì)算和選型。井筒采用鋼板結(jié)構(gòu)螺桿廉潔，井筒采用分體式結(jié)構(gòu)，各筒體之間由螺栓進(jìn)行聯(lián)接，這樣有利于運(yùn)輸和安裝。還包括對(duì)斗式提升機(jī)井筒長(zhǎng)、寬、高的確定。井筒采用密封式結(jié)構(gòu)，防止粉料泄露造成污染。提升機(jī)采用圓環(huán)鏈提升。
裝載形式為掏取式，卸載的形式為離心式卸載，。在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中參考了其它廠家的產(chǎn)品，對(duì)其一些技術(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)，使斗式提升機(jī)降低了噪音，提高了效率。
