摘要：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和教育技術(shù)的發(fā)展，使基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的遠(yuǎn)程教育壯大和發(fā)展起來。遠(yuǎn)程教育的核心是教學(xué)資源的建設(shè)，將如何對教學(xué)資源的科學(xué)管理和高效應(yīng)用提到了重要的位置。本文論述了一個教學(xué)資源管理應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的方案構(gòu)想和初步系統(tǒng)設(shè)計。

Abstract: With the growth of technology in network and education, tele-education based on Internet is developing rapidly. It is so significant to manage and utilize the teaching resources efficiently since construction of teaching resources is the core of tele-education. This article provides a rudimentary design project of Management of Teaching Resources Application System.
