論我國(guó)地方政府行政執(zhí)行力的深度及其應(yīng)對(duì)方

摘要：一直以來(lái)，我國(guó)的政府行政效率低，行政人員辦事不力等問(wèn)題都沒(méi)有解決好，這讓人民群眾深有“政府只收錢不辦事”的感觸。究其原因，這無(wú)非是我國(guó)地方政府在執(zhí)行其行政行為的時(shí)的執(zhí)行力度不夠，或者說(shuō)是執(zhí)行不到位。根據(jù)這一論題，本文作者試圖分析我國(guó)政府的執(zhí)行力，并提出相應(yīng)的建議性措施；尤其是在社會(huì)主義新時(shí)期，“以人為本，和諧發(fā)展”的科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的指引下，作為一名行政研究者，更是要實(shí)事求是，在實(shí)實(shí)在在的、對(duì)人民群眾有著密切關(guān)系的方面來(lái)探討實(shí)際問(wèn)題，以此提高人民群眾的生活水平，增強(qiáng)政府的信任感和自豪感。

Abstract: All the time, the government administrative efficiency of our country is low, such problems as the administrative personnel does not do one's best in one's work and have not been settled their work well, all of which lets the people have fully the thoughts and feelings of " the government only charge the money without handling affairs ". Trace it to its cause, this is because most local government’s administrative implement degree is not enough，or carry out the policies uncompletely.According to this proposition, the author of this text attempts to analyze the execution strength of our government and put forward the corresponding suggestive measure; Especially in socialist new period, under the leadership of the scientific development view of " human-oriented , develop harmoniously ", as one administrative researcher , the author want to seek truth from facts, especially from the practical problem to the people and the things which closely relate to the people,so as to improve the people's living standard , the trust sense and the pride sense to our government.
