摘 要
做為現(xiàn)代制造技術(shù)的一個(gè)重要組成部分和發(fā)展方向,精密、超精密加工技術(shù)已成為衡量一個(gè)國家科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展水平的重要標(biāo)志,而ELID 技術(shù)(在線電解修整技術(shù))被世界著名權(quán)威機(jī)構(gòu) CIRP 評(píng)價(jià)為 21世紀(jì)超精密鏡面磨削技術(shù)的典型代表。
ELID 磨削由磨床、砂輪、電源、陰極、電解液組成,經(jīng)大量試驗(yàn)研究認(rèn)為,直流脈沖電源最適宜于 ELID 技術(shù),為此我們研制了直流脈沖電源。該電源由可調(diào)壓、穩(wěn)壓的電壓源和脈沖調(diào)制電壓源組成。在調(diào)壓穩(wěn)壓電壓源設(shè)計(jì)中采用二階工程設(shè)計(jì)法設(shè)計(jì)了電壓和電流調(diào)節(jié)器,組成電壓、電流雙閉環(huán)穩(wěn)壓電源,采用集成移相晶閘管模塊做為電能變換器件,詳細(xì)計(jì)算了整流主電路主要器件的參數(shù);在脈寬調(diào)制部分,采用專用集成電路實(shí)現(xiàn)了調(diào)頻調(diào)壓,以 IGBT 做為功率變換器件,實(shí)現(xiàn)了輸出電壓的調(diào)頻調(diào)壓,并計(jì)算了有關(guān)參數(shù)。

Abstract
Does for a modern manufacture technology important constituent and the development direction, is precise, the ultra precise processing technology has become weighs a country science and technology level of development the important symbol, but the ELID technology (on-line electrolysis repairs and maintains technology) by the world famous authoritative organization CIRP appraisal is the typical representative which the 21st century ultra precision mirror surfaces rubs truncates the technology.
ELID rubs truncates by the grinder, the grinding wheel, the power source, the negative pole, the electrolyte is composed, believed after the massive experimental study, the direct current pulse power source most is suitable to the ELID technology, has developed the direct current pulse power source for this us. the composition voltage, the electric current double closed loop voltage-stabilized source, used the integrated phase shifting crystal thyratron module to do for the electrical energy transformation component, in detail has calculated the rectification main circuit main component parameter; In the pulse-duration modulation part, used the special-purpose integrated circuit to realize the frequency modulation to adjust the pressure, did take IGBT as the power transformation component, realized the output voltage frequency modulation to adjust the pressure, and has calculated the related parameter.
