摘要
滾筒采煤機(jī)是煤炭采掘的重要設(shè)備。是實現(xiàn)煤礦生產(chǎn)機(jī)械化和現(xiàn)代化的重要設(shè)備之一。因此,它對提高煤的采掘效率有著重要的影響。目前,采煤機(jī)的設(shè)計技術(shù)已經(jīng)發(fā)展的相當(dāng)完善,但是在國內(nèi)采煤機(jī)技術(shù)和國外相比依然還比較落后。
本次設(shè)計在吸取了前人經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計了大功率,適合于中厚煤層的采煤機(jī)。對于采煤機(jī)的截割部進(jìn)行了革新設(shè)計,采用強(qiáng)力耐磨型滾筒對稱布置,提高了割煤效果和滾筒壽命,降低截齒消耗量和用戶成本。機(jī)械傳動系統(tǒng)采用直齒圓柱齒輪和行星輪傳動動。故傳動效率 高,容易安裝和維護(hù),分別用兩臺250KW的電動機(jī)驅(qū)動兩截割部。截割部電機(jī)容量調(diào)整范圍寬,其調(diào)整范圍為150~300Kw,通過調(diào)整截割電機(jī)容量,可實現(xiàn)一機(jī)多型。截割部采用四行星單浮動結(jié)構(gòu),承載能力大,減小了結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸。采用大角度彎搖臂設(shè)計,加大過煤空間,提高裝煤效果,臥底量大。本次設(shè)計的采煤機(jī)采煤效率高,生產(chǎn)可隨不同的煤質(zhì)的變化生產(chǎn)不同的機(jī)型,市場適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)。

Abstract
Sheare is an important equipment for excavation. It is one of the important facilities for the mechanization and modernization of coal-mining production. Hence it has important effects on the improvement of excavation efficiency. Presently the design technologies of sheares have developed relatively perfect. When comparing with abroad, however, the technology of this area is still behindhand.
Basing on assimilating the experience of people has worked in this area, this design, schemes out High-power sheare which is suitable for medium thickness seam. It does innovatory design on the cutting unit of shears by resorting to disposal symmetry of Mightiness Worn Roller, which improves the cutting effect and longevity. At the same time it reduces the wastage of truncation straight and customers’ cost. As to Machine driven system, its transmission resorts to spur gear and planetary wheel. Hence the transmission efficiency is improved and its installation and maintenance are easier. Two of the departments of crop are driven by two separate 250kw- electromotors. The modulation range of electromotors’ capacity in the departments of crop is large, which is ranging from 150kw to 300kw. Through the modulation of the electromotors’ capacity, the one machine-multi-type style can be carried out. The departments of crop resort to globe certificate floating structure, whose carrying capacity is large and reducing the structure measure. The applications of ply rockerarm increase the coal’s transit space and improve the coal’s load effect. The bottom taking quantity is large. This design of sheare has the features as follows:
The excavation efficiency is high; the production of types can be different according to different coal quality. The adaptability in marketing is strong.
