摘 要
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是關(guān)于普通型膠帶輸送機(jī)選型的設(shè)計(jì)。首先對(duì)膠帶輸送機(jī)作了簡(jiǎn)單的介紹;接著分析了膠帶輸送機(jī)的選型原則及計(jì)算公式;然后按照這些設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則設(shè)計(jì)了符合本次設(shè)計(jì)要求的大傾角下行運(yùn)輸?shù)哪z帶輸送機(jī);接著對(duì)所選擇的輸送機(jī)各主要零部件進(jìn)行了校核。同普通膠帶輸送機(jī)一樣,大傾角下行運(yùn)輸膠帶輸送機(jī)也是有六個(gè)主要部件組成:傳動(dòng)裝置,機(jī)尾或?qū)Щ匮b置,中部機(jī)架,拉緊裝置,以及膠帶。唯一不同的是其膠帶上壓有花紋,用來(lái)增大膠帶工作表面的摩擦力,避免物料在速度突然變化時(shí)與膠帶之間產(chǎn)生滑移。最后簡(jiǎn)單的說(shuō)明了輸送機(jī)的安裝與維護(hù)?,F(xiàn)在,膠帶輸送機(jī)正朝著長(zhǎng)距離,高速度,低摩擦的方向發(fā)展。近年來(lái)出現(xiàn)的氣墊式膠帶輸送機(jī)就是其中的一個(gè)。目前,在膠帶輸送機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)、制造以及應(yīng)用上,國(guó)內(nèi)與國(guó)外先進(jìn)水平相比仍有較大差距。國(guó)內(nèi)在設(shè)計(jì)制造膠帶輸送機(jī)過(guò)程中存在著很大程度上的浪費(fèi)。這個(gè)問(wèn)題可以在校核尾架時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)。
本次設(shè)計(jì)代表了選型設(shè)計(jì)的一般過(guò)程。對(duì)機(jī)械的選型設(shè)計(jì)工作有一定的參考價(jià)值。

Abstract
吀梔攀 design is a graduation project about the belt conveyor with a large dip. At first, it is introduction about the belt conveyor. Next, it is the principles about choose component parts of belt conveyor. After that the belt conveyor with a larger dip abase on the principle is designed. Then, it is checking computations about main component parts. Just as ordinary belt conveyor, the belt conveyor consists of six main parts: Drive Unit, Jib or Delivery End, Tail Ender Return End. Intermediate Structure, Loop Take-Up and Belt. The only different is it uses pattern belt, which used to increase friction to avoid the move between the belt and goods. At last, it is explanation about fix and safeguard of the belt conveyor. Today, long distance, high speed, low friction is the direction of belt conveyor’s development. Air cushion belt conveyor is one of them. At present, we still fall far short of abroad advanced technology in design, manufacture and using. There are a lot of wastes in the design of belt conveyor. This problem is discovered in the computations of the tail stand.
