摘 要

珠江三角洲是我國(guó)最大的紡織品生產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)售和出口地，其紡織品貿(mào)易是珠江三角洲的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)，具有舉足輕重的地位。它在加速經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)，緩解就業(yè)壓力，提高我國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易地位等方面都提供了良好得契機(jī)。
2005年1月1日，全球取消配額制度，我國(guó)進(jìn)入后配額時(shí)代?！昂笈漕~”作為一把“雙刃劍”，同時(shí)存在著大好的機(jī)遇和激烈的挑戰(zhàn)。我國(guó)大量的涌出的出口紡織品使國(guó)際上產(chǎn)生恐慌，紛紛啟動(dòng)“特保”措施和其他限制措施，甚至制造貿(mào)易壁壘。面對(duì)如此嚴(yán)峻的國(guó)際貿(mào)易形勢(shì)，珠江紡織品貿(mào)易陷入了前所未有的洶潮之中。在此愈演愈烈的緊急情況下，要?jiǎng)?lì)精圖治可以從兩方面入手，一是企業(yè)本身，繼續(xù)保持生產(chǎn)貿(mào)易勢(shì)頭及其重要戰(zhàn)略地位；另一個(gè)是從政府角度出發(fā)，正確引導(dǎo)保護(hù)其紡織品貿(mào)易雙管其下，制訂靈活的相應(yīng)對(duì)策。雙管其下，大力發(fā)展品牌優(yōu)勢(shì)的同時(shí)當(dāng)?shù)卣畬?duì)其加以維護(hù)，使珠江三角洲的紡織品貿(mào)易在國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)如此激烈的境況下依然充滿蓬勃生機(jī)。
在后配額時(shí)代保持我國(guó)珠江三角洲地區(qū)紡織品貿(mào)易的重要地位，繼續(xù)占領(lǐng)國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的領(lǐng)先地位， 是珠江紡織業(yè)今后的研究大計(jì)和發(fā)展目標(biāo)。

Zhujiang Delta is the largest exporter of textile production and sales in China，and it's textile trade is the zhujiang Delta pillar industry , with a decisive position. It accelerated economic growth and eased employment pressure, improved China's international trade status, and other things have provided a good opportunity.
