撥叉行業(yè)是我們通用機(jī)械重要分支,無論是在工業(yè)還農(nóng)業(yè)中,只要有流體管道的地方,閥門的作用都是巨大的,而隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展,撥叉的類型也發(fā)展的越來越全面,制造撥叉的技術(shù)也越來越先進(jìn)。本文一例撥叉零件數(shù)控車床加工的程序編制與步驟,加工工藝的選擇問題進(jìn)行探討。進(jìn)行整套的工藝分析與計(jì)算,按工藝程序卡進(jìn)行編程與加工。
