摘要 本文在介紹企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃系統(tǒng)（ERP）的軟件的基礎(chǔ)上討論了ERP在國(guó)內(nèi)外的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀、存在問(wèn)題以及發(fā)展前景，為國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)實(shí)施ERP計(jì)劃提出一些具有實(shí)際性意義的建議和幫助。

Abstract Based on the introduction of the software of enterprise resource planning, this paper discuss the problems like the application status at home and abroad , the difficulties that exit in the process and the foreground of its development ,besides that, we also bring some advices and help which would give some practical content to the enterprise at home.
