摘   要
摘要  隨著人口增長(zhǎng)以及農(nóng)用土地面積的減少，農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的需求量日益劇增。人們對(duì)水果的品質(zhì)也有了更高的要求，為了滿足國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的需求，干果行業(yè)的發(fā)展也日趨完善，大都具有完善的生產(chǎn)流程。干果采摘后的第一步工序就是進(jìn)行干果的分選，分選結(jié)果對(duì)分選后銷售價(jià)格及后續(xù)加工都有極大的影響，直接影響其收益效果。以實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械化分選為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，提高分選精度為目標(biāo)，對(duì)影響分選機(jī)的因素進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究，找出影響分選精度的主要原因及影響趨勢(shì)，研究分選機(jī)的分選原理，選擇較優(yōu)工作參數(shù)，進(jìn)一步完善分選機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，提高其工作效率，為行業(yè)帶來更大的利潤(rùn)。
   以重量分選機(jī)為例，重量分選機(jī)是以其重量為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，按照不同的需求進(jìn)行分類，從而滿足消費(fèi)者不同的需求。按重量進(jìn)行分選的分選機(jī)械早期是利用杠桿原理進(jìn)行分選的。目前，機(jī)械式重量分選機(jī)主要有固定衡量秤體、運(yùn)動(dòng)輸送盤式和固定限位裝置、運(yùn)動(dòng)衡量秤體式兩種機(jī)型。近年來，隨著計(jì)算機(jī)和傳感技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展，電子稱重技術(shù)及應(yīng)用有了新的發(fā)展。電子稱重式分選機(jī)一般采用壓力傳感器稱重水果，微機(jī)系統(tǒng)對(duì)傳感器輸出信號(hào)進(jìn)行采樣、放大、濾波、模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換、運(yùn)算和處理，并控制機(jī)械執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分選。而新的技術(shù)在現(xiàn)有電子稱重式水果分選臺(tái)的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)其進(jìn)行了中心研制，將原有的PC機(jī)控制替代為單片機(jī)控制。 計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)處理技術(shù)、無損傷檢測(cè)技術(shù)以及自動(dòng)化控制技術(shù)的發(fā)展為現(xiàn)代及未來的分級(jí)檢測(cè)技術(shù)提供了廣闊的空間。
　　  國(guó)外一些公司生產(chǎn)的分選機(jī)，在分選檢測(cè)技術(shù)上已經(jīng)很成熟，工作效率高，并具有較高的分選精度，難以在我國(guó)推廣使用。我國(guó)對(duì)該類型水果分選機(jī)的研制尚處于起步階段，需要科研人員充分利用國(guó)外已經(jīng)取得的研究成果，研制適合于我國(guó)實(shí)際情況的分選機(jī)。

People have higher requirements on fruit quality, in order to meet the demand for agricultural products at home and abroad, the dried fruit industry development is also gradually perfect, has a perfect production process mostly. And the new technology in the existing electronic weighing type fruit sorting machine, on the basis of research, on the center of the original PC replacement for single chip microcomputer control. Computer technology, data processing technology, non-destructive detection technology and automatic control technology for modern and future classification in the development of detecting technology has provided a broad space.
　　Foreign production separator, some companies on the separation detection technology has very mature, high work efficiency, and has the high separation precision, difficult to be used widely in our country. Developed for this type of fruit sorting machine in China is still in its infancy, requires researchers to make full use of overseas research results which have been obtained, the development of separator is suitable for the actual situation in our country.
