摘 要
起重機(jī)械廣泛應(yīng)用于工礦企業(yè)、港口碼頭、車站倉庫、建筑工地、海洋開發(fā)、宇宙航行等各個(gè)工業(yè)部門，可以說陸地、海洋、空中、民用、軍用各個(gè)方面都有起重機(jī)械在進(jìn)行著有效的工作。
起重機(jī)械與運(yùn)輸機(jī)械發(fā)展到現(xiàn)在，已經(jīng)成為合理組織成批大量生產(chǎn)和機(jī)械化流水作業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)，是現(xiàn)代化生產(chǎn)的重要標(biāo)志之一。在我國四個(gè)現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展和各個(gè)工業(yè)部門機(jī)械化水平、勞動生產(chǎn)率的提高中，起重機(jī)必將發(fā)揮更大的作用。
本起重機(jī)為250/50/10t水電站橋式起重機(jī)，安裝于豐滿水電站擴(kuò)建工程廠房內(nèi)，用于水輪發(fā)電機(jī)組及其附屬設(shè)備的安裝和檢修工作。本課題主要對起重機(jī)的起升機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行總體設(shè)計(jì)，主、副起升機(jī)構(gòu)分別有一臺電動機(jī)，一臺減速器，一臺輪式制動器，一套卷筒裝置和上滑輪裝置構(gòu)成。要求起重設(shè)備運(yùn)行平穩(wěn), 定位準(zhǔn)確, 安全可靠, 技術(shù)性能先進(jìn)。

The Design of the Hoisting Mechanism of Bridge Crane
Abstract
The crane is wildly used in industrial and mining enterprises, port ,station warehouse,building site,sea development, space navigation and so on.,it is certain that the crane do a efficient job in the aspects of the land.the sea,the sky,,the civil use, and the military use.
With development,the crane and transport machines have become the base of the reasonable parts in mass product and mechanical line procdcut areas and now it is one of the important symbols of modern manufacture..The crane will play an important part in development of the four modernizations and promot on mechanical level,produce effieincy in every industry departments.
This carne is a kind of 250/50/10t bridge carnes for hydropower station, builded in the workshop of Fengman hydropower station for the extend project. It is used to install, examine and repair of sets of water-turbine generator. This paper focuses on design of hoisting mechanism of the carne, including the main and assistant hoisting mechanism with electromotors, reducers, brake staffs, drum devices and pulley gears. The carne is required to be stables, high accuracy, safety, reliability and advanced technology.
