摘要：非正式制度是制度體系不可或缺的構(gòu)成內(nèi)容，是正式制度產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展和有效運(yùn)行的前提，是社會(huì)資本的核心內(nèi)容。作為社會(huì)資本的非正式制度是決定經(jīng)濟(jì)績(jī)效的關(guān)鍵變量，對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有不可低估的作用。制度演進(jìn)的內(nèi)生和漸進(jìn)特點(diǎn)，使得非正式制度的演化成為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)變革至關(guān)重要的問(wèn)題。只有結(jié)合包括非正式制度在內(nèi)的社會(huì)資本存量狀況，構(gòu)建促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的合適社會(huì)資本，我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程才有望取得持續(xù)進(jìn)展。

Abstract: As precondition of the development and effective operation of formal institution, informal institution is the important section of institutional systems. Being crucial content of social capital, informal institution really counts in developing economy. The endogenetic and gradual feature of institutional evolvement makes informal institution be an important issue in economic growth and social development. Only based on the analysis of Chinese traditional institution, can we construct our social capital advantage that will promote the process of
