摘 要
近十年來，國外的專家學(xué)者們對于創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)給孵化器來的巨大影響進(jìn)行了廣泛的研究，研究成果的角度是多方面的，側(cè)重點也有所不同，并沒有形成一個完整的理論體系，至今也尚未有一篇綜述對這一領(lǐng)域的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行評述，本文就是為了將這些文獻(xiàn)加以綜述而作。
本文在閱讀了近十年國外研究文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，對近期國外前沿研究成果進(jìn)行了分類，主要包括：創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的概念，孵化器創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的形成和發(fā)展以及對孵化器產(chǎn)生的作用，未來的發(fā)展趨勢等。本文在這幾個方面都分別進(jìn)行了歸納，將前人的研究成果加以綜述并提出了自己的看法，力求理出其中主要的研究脈絡(luò)。通過對各方面的綜述，本文得出結(jié)論：由于孵化器對社會各方面的支持和各種資源的需求的增加，網(wǎng)絡(luò)化已經(jīng)成為孵化器發(fā)展的一個必然趨勢；而網(wǎng)絡(luò)已經(jīng)通過創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)，社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)，技術(shù)研發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)，投資網(wǎng)絡(luò)，代理網(wǎng)絡(luò)等各方面對孵化器產(chǎn)生了重大影響；而后本文總結(jié)了未來的發(fā)展趨勢。
最后本文指出了目前國外研究在四個方面的不足，包括應(yīng)當(dāng)適當(dāng)將注意力轉(zhuǎn)向其它方向如政府支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)等。并且闡述了本文的結(jié)論，得出了一個關(guān)于創(chuàng)新支持系統(tǒng)和孵化器關(guān)系的理論體系。

ABSTRACT
During the past 10 years, the foreign experts have researched the tremendous influences on the incubators taken by the network, they have gained outstanding achievements, the achievements are prolific, however, they are on all the different angles, and also have different keystones, so they do not form a integrated system of theoretic. So,the author made this literature review for this purpose.
This paper of summary is based on researching on foreign foreland literatures in recent 10 years, and have these literatures sorted into several parts: the concept of the innovation network, the born and development of the incubator innovation networks, and it’s effects on the incubator, it’s development direction. This paper has each part summarized,and state the author’s own opinion, try to set up a holistic system of the incubator network. After this, we come to the conclusion that: because the increasing needs of the social supports and the resources, networks have already been a inevitable direction of the incubator developing; and also, the network has already influence the incubators deeply through the network of knowledge, society, R&D, venture, surrogate etc. To the end of the paper, the future research directions are mentioned for the incubators network developing.
At the last part, this paper point out the lacks on four aspects of the foreign research, including the research should turn attention to other directions, for example, the government support netwok etc.Then state the result: a holistic system of the relationship between the innovation system and the incubator.

摘 要

ABSTRACT
During the past 10 years, the foreign experts have researched the tremendous influences on the incubators taken by the network, they have gained outstanding achievements, the achievements are prolific, however, they are on all the different angles, and also have different keystones, so they do not form a integrated system of theoretic.
