本工程名稱為某框架住宅，設計主要經(jīng)歷開題調(diào)研（答辯）、方案設計、建筑設計、結構設計等幾個階段，最終形成完整的框架住宅工程建筑施工圖和結構施工圖。
本工程設計主要包括框架住宅單體建筑設計及結構設計兩大部分，同時，根據(jù)本專業(yè)的特點，設計主要側重于建筑的結構設計部分。
建筑設計部分主要根據(jù)甲方提供的設計任務書，本著“用戶為主”、設計原則進行設計。作為居住休息的場所，框架住宅肩負著學習和生活服務的雙重責任，具有極強的服務性。框架住宅設計要充分體現(xiàn)社區(qū)的精神氣質(zhì)、文化底蘊和內(nèi)涵。限于任務書對面積的要求及其他原因，本工程建筑設計主要側重于滿足建筑功能的要求。至于建筑造型，則主要根據(jù)建筑功能的需求，在平面上采取逐層縮進的形式，力求建筑體量、及平面布置的規(guī)整均衡。建筑功能主要分為臥室、客廳、等部分，布置主要以豎向布置為主，以求得建筑空間尺寸的協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一，方便結構布置及工程施工。
結構設計根據(jù)建筑的平面布置，主要采用雙向板肋梁樓蓋結構體系。結構平面布置主要以橫向承重為主，橫向布置主梁，同時借助縱向框架梁共同承受建筑內(nèi)、外荷載的作用?；A的設計主要根據(jù)任務書提供的工程地質(zhì)勘察報告，采用柱下條形基礎以承受上部結構傳下的荷載，同時將上部結構連成一個整體，增加結構的整體性。結構計算分手算和電算兩部分。手算主要是對結構的一榀框架進行計算，采用分層法計算恒荷載及活荷載作用下框架的內(nèi)力，采用D值法計算水平荷載作用下框架的內(nèi)力。設計框架的梁、柱板及其下的基礎，外加一座樓梯。同時將計算結果與電算結果進行比較檢驗。電算主要采用中國建筑科學研究院開發(fā)的PKPM結構設計軟件進行結構計算及設計，并生成相關的結構施工圖。
